Took a long time to get a response, but overall good customer service and great product
Decided go to with the mystery box to get a feel for the construction of the saber before I spent $400+ on a custom one that I wanted. I was slightly bummed I was not a winner with a soundboard but after I few swings and the overwhelming feeling of being a kid I didn't mind. There is not a single thing I can complain about with my saber or the experience with ultrasabers and I look forward to ordering my custom saber soon.

The quality of the saber is awesome overall, but I have a few complaints about the time delivery and that the company which delivered it charged an additional tax for no apparent reason

I ordered the mystery box knowing I would get a basic stunt saber. The order took exactly three weeks to process, which was fine since I saw in their faq it said 3-4 weeks during Holidays. I ordered shortly before Christmas. I received the saber two days after it shipped and was packaged very well. To my surprise I opened up a Dominix V4 that had a blue blade, an upgraded switch, and lite sound added to it. I am completely thrilled with what I received. The saber is very good quality and is a nice addition to my newly started saber collection. Thank you

Emailed and called customer service and could never get a hold of anybody. My order was 2 to 3 weeks late.
When my son decided, only days before Christmas, that he couldn't live without an Ultrasabers saber, I was assuming there was no way I'd have one under the tree for him. However, with a prompt order (and some rush delivery expense), I had an extremely high-quality custom lightsaber under the tree only 48 hours later, built exactingly to my specifications. An impressive product, with even more impressive service.
First order came earlier than expected delivery time.
Second order was delayed however upon contacting customer service, the representative Jake was really helpful in speeding up my order and not only that I managed to receive a saber with obsidian lite sound.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the overall customer service. Just be patient with them when you dont receive any feedback upon ordering because not only you wants to get your very own lightsaber but a thousand of other people out there who are force sensitive. Just do take note if there are any promos, the delay is real.
I truly recommend Ultrasaber.com and I rate it 10 stars.

My estimated shipping time did extend and took four weeks. I contacted multiple times and received an email back the first time only. However, the product is high quality and I am happy with the mystery saber. Hopefully Christmas was just the problem and next order the shipping will be easier.
Very Happy with my first order! I ordered 2x $75 mystery boxes and got one with premium sound. It was more than I expected for sure!
