I've seen people online with their complaints but I can tell you I own 7 ultrasabers and haven't had a bad experience yet. Trust me, customer service is awesome but delivery time varies depending on the time of year. Fabrication takes about a month if you're ordering around the holidays or when a new Star Wars movie comes out. It's worth the wait.

Ultrasabers was backed up around the release of the new movie, but definitely worth the wait. Best sabers around the $200 mark, and once the saber was made, it was shipped quick. The level of detail and design in the hilt is fantastic. Color of the three led setup is unmatched. Good sound (I got the open ended pommel, but will likely buy and try one of the more decorative closed pommels at some point).

I understand that while purchasing prior to the holiday would cause delays, but even when advertising 3-4 week lead time i received a "Survey response" email prior to any notification of my order being completed and shipped by 10 days.
Maybe dedicate some resources to customer service response during these anticipated high volume times.

Quality product, patience required, it has been a month and I haven't received my ultra saber or any update on when I will get it.

I am pleased with Ultra Sabers I have ordered and have gotten what I needed and I am happy with my saber hilts that I have ordered even without instructions the hilts are so easy to figure out for the DIY customer base. The Videos and Forum are a great help. Many Thanks

The quality of the product delivered is great. The blade lights up very bright and feels sturdy and solid.

Shipping time took longer than average, although duely warned by Ultrasabers given holiday demand spike. However tooke me over 3 emails to get some help, then was finally shiped but one of the sabers purchased did not have the blade color changed as requested by e-mail.

I ordered a mystery box; received wrong item/saber already assembled. I emailed twice, but no reply.

Quick responses, no issues

My lightsaber came and I took of the bottom to see what batteries it needs. I put the bottom back on and then I got new batteries to put in and I couldnt take off the bottom and its completely stuff and i attempted to take it off but it wont come off at all.
