Ordered the $75 Mystery Box from UltraSabers.com and got this amazing Overlord saber with Emerald Leds that switch back and forth between green and blue. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
The product that I got was everything I hoped for and more. Although I made the mistake to order around christmas and the new movie. It took longer then I had hoped but all in all very nice.

Called, left message, and emailed - no response for 8 weeks and still no response about speaker that stopped working on one of my daughter's sabers. I ordered her a coupler and added in a speaker part to repair myself since no return call or help available. Notified of delayed order processing of 3-4 weeks for lightsabers but didn't specify delays related to parts. Order still not received in the specified delayed time. Attempted contact again, no response. Order arrived in week 5. Coupler is good quality. Speaker appears to be good but I need to figure out how to replace to verify the quality.
When we initially ordered delivery was quoted at 3-5 days. After approx. 7 days I sent a request as to when my item would be shipped. They got back to me in a reasonable time and told me that with the new movie and all the orders they received that orders were delayed and would be about 4 weeks. No problem, don't mind when people are honest. So 4 weeks goes by and we finally receive the order. The only thing it is not what we ordered. We ordered The Apprentice LE v5 and we received the Dark Apprentice LE v5. Completely different colors. The Apprentice is Silver/Gold and the Dark Apprentice is Black/Silver. I had a little bit of a disappointed aspiring Jedi. I have since contacted them about he error and am waiting to hear back. I hope with all the previous communication we will be able to rectify the situation. If not I will be following up with a further review.
Let's make it right Ultra Saber!
Great value, but one of my Grab Bag sabers had a loose LED chasis which literally fell out of the hilt along with the lens. Luckily I was able to just screw it back inside, but the lens is still a little loose, now thinking on how to screw it deeper inside. Overall still great sabers and really pretty designs, support agents were helpful and fast despite being swamped with orders in December.
I placed my order early December, 2019. Due to the release of the new movie, The Mandalorian, and it being the holidays, I expected it to take a while to get here. It definately did take a while to get here. But the wait was worth it. The saber is of excellent quality that I felt I should actually write a review about. The saber is made of a pretty high grade aluminum (at least from what I can tell), the soundboard and speaker fit snugly into the bottom of the hilt, the blade color is bright despite me getting a heavy duty blade, I can control every aspect of the color, sound, etc. I enjoy being able to control which sound font I am using without plugging it into a computer. It came with a blade plug for when it's off and so I don't blind myself accidentally, though I seem to be missing my Blade Stand. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding applied coupon codes at time of purchase. High chance of me ordering again.

Item purchased is great but I had to send them an email to get them to ship it out after the 4 week wait time was up. I know that during non holiday times their shipping is exceptional.
I really enjoy my lightsaber, and will definitely make sure that I purchase another in the future.

It's been almost a month since I ordered my saber's and no response yet from this company, I Will love to keep ordering from them but seeing as it to this long to get even an email response from them I won't be ordering anything else from them again.
My order was a little delayed due the the wonders of the Christmas rush. However, Ultrasabers have always offered fantastic customer service and great products! It took a little longer then normal, but it was worth the wait. I ordered the Fulcrum with the diamond driver. It's fantastic! Will definitely buy from Ultrasabers again and have recommended them to many friends. Can't wait for my next purchase!
We ordered a saber and after 3 weeks we had no communication from the company, no response to calls or emails... we finally received our saber over a month after it was ordered and still no communication from the company as to why it took so long... a simple email saying they were backed up on orders would have been helpful!
