I was really happy with the saber upon delivery. It's everything I imagined it to be when I had gotten it in the mail. The only downside I had was the delivery time, it went past the expected ship out time by a few weeks and kinda made me feel like the order had gotten forgotten about. Upon reaching out I did get a response back fairly fast and got my situation resolved quickly and very politely.
The saber I got has a faulty led. It was supposed to shine purple but doesnt. It either shines pink or red. Also I ordered a blade plug but never recieved it.
Product is fine. Not impressed overall though. Our order wasn't processed until I called approximately a month after we ordered it to find out when it would be delivered. I also do not appreciate additional, unexpected delivery costs that are required after I have paid for the order. Product was great but I wouldn't recommend this company for online orders due to the hidden delivery charges and your terrible processing system.
On a positive note, my son loves the light sabre.
Ordered it Jan 4, got it February 12. I mean i get it and i don't at the same time. TThe product is Legit! Will but from here again.
Hoping some of the given coupons would've worked but none were applicable
Sent an email on my fourth week and after two weeks I got my lightsaber with no email back still I won't be shopping from this site again as it's is very unnerving for a customer to have no kind of status especially when someone is spending 100 + dollars on an item I believe the concept of the website and the product is great but the customer service is lacking and just an email back with just not ready yet would've sufficed and I believe keeping in contact with customers is an extremely important thing especially for when someone reaches out
Good products, but one saber (specifically our mystery box) the pommel wouldn't come off. After much hard work and finally pulling it off using tools, we realized that the pommel had basically been Jb-welded
The shipping time itself also sucked but I now know that it was due to high product demand because of the seasons so that's totally fine. Just wish they would've let me known before ordering
From now on I'll actually be buying here more ams getting empty hilts for builds
With the holiday and the release of the new Star Wars movie It took about a month To have my saber sent out. Which really isn't their fault, but that would be my only issue. Everything else was fantastic.
Contacted Ultrasabers regarding a change of the delivery address.
No reply. No response. Nothing.
Product was shipped to first entered address.
Ultrasabers is always quick and transparent. Products are always as described.
I wasn't told that there was a hold up at the time but once I asked I got everything sorted out
Well I wasn't too happy about how long it took to get here, but once they explained why it was taking long I felt a little better about it. Otherwise I'm extremely happy with my saber.
