Nice website, easy to navigate and find what you are after, no runaround at the checkout and to top it off, pleasantly fast delivery.
Customer service is horrible at this time and the actual turnaround time is 1-3 months not the 2-4 weeks as stated on the site. Took me three weeks to get ahold of someone to add to my order. Received my saber in 5 weeks. Upon turning it on, I discovered the sound wasn't working! I paid for the obsidian lite sound and it's non existent. Took me 2 weeks to finally get ahold of customer service to be told that I had to send it back, and IF they found a defect they would fix it. When asked how long this process would take, I was ignored. So now it's been two months since ordering my saber and I still don't have it and am STILL dealing with this company. I don't recommend them based on their lack of customer service and the lack of delivering a working item.
I am pleased with the Ultrasabers Arbiter as I am with all of their lightsabers, which I have several, and I will continue to order from Ultrasabers which is my go to lightsaber company, with great customer service and great products. There was a waiting period with this one, but only because of our current national and global crisis which is slowing everything down and is out of the control of Ultrasabers, but they are coming through for their customers. All I can say about this saber to sum it up, is "Perfect" in all areas. Love It!
I purchased a $75 Mystery box. Processed and delivered in just over 2 weeks to Scotland which is very reasonable considering the distance. I received the Sentinel V5, Blazing red with silver Av switch. It looks stunning when illuminated, especially with the window emitters. This is my 3rd mystery box so far and by far the best one. Couldn't recommend highly enough. 5*****

The production was delayed due to the covid-19 pandemic, so it took almost two months to receive my saber but it's fantastic. It's sturdy and the sound effects work great (it's actually louder than I was expecting!). I'm planning on getting at least one more!
I got immediate satisfaction by contacting Ultrasaber after the 4 week covid-19 wait/delay time. The Monarch lightsabers are perfect for one hand use when gripped toward the front. Thanks for everything!

This was my first saber i ever bought. I seen many unboxing of UltraSabers mystery boxes, so I thought i give it a try. So i ordered a $75 mystery box on Feb 16th, 2020, It came 4 days later. I was shocked how fast i got my order. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
I was very excited to open my box hoping i would get a hilt with sound. With the $75 mystery boxes they have a random hilt, random blade color, and could come with sound or no sound. After opening my box i got a stunt saber which means no sound. But i was happy to get the blade color Red. The hilt that i got was The Dominix V3, all black hilt but very cool looking. Heavy and well crafted. Very bright Leds.
Overall 10 out 10. Great service, fast shipping. Very well packaged. Will buy again once the Canadian dollar goes back up Due to the coronavirus virus.
I ordered the DarkApprenticev5 so cool came custom made with sounds and lights totally worth the wait.
The lightsaber is fun but the delivery time was about 5 weeks instead of the 2-3 they originally said. Also the switch doesn't work sometimes when turning on/off and the sound quality isn't the greatest. Overall, however, I am pleased with the quality. The customer service was nice when I questioned them about the shipping time, I talked to Eli and he was nice.
