My sabers are still going strong after many duels! I love them.

Blaming covid for a simple piece, they pushed off my order for over 6 months, now this want to cancel they want 20%, and they already processed my card. I have a bad feeling that this is going to be a problem getting my money back, full amount for a product I never received. Definitely reporting to BBB.

There was a misunderstanding about how the order would be processed. When I received this order, it was explained to me what caused the confusion. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Ultrasabers put double the value of the sabers in the commercial invoice - so I paid double taxes and import fees. They won't respond to me in trying to resolve the issue - in which they have admitted fault. I offered a very fair solution, but they are clearly hoping I'll just go away. There was no need for this, and a simple level of decency would have meant an amicable resolution. Very disappointed, and won't be dealing with them again.

Delivery was timely, and my saber came in great condition. I was so excited about my first that I ended up ordering a saber staff after, so now I effectively have 3 sabers to share with dueling partners. All are in good condition and we're delivered in good time.

Patience. That's all you need people. So many bad reviews on this company. I've had no problem. And saber quality? I've had one for over 3 years now and it still works great. I'm not sparring with it it's just for fun I have training feders ( steel training swords) and those are for sparring. This are for fun. Not martial arts. Now with the fulcrum I've just purchased they could have done a better job on glueing the fake red button on. But electronics work great nothing is rattling too hard ( other than slight movement in the battery pack to be expected without chassis) but it looks and feels freak. Saber stands need work I don't know why I expected more but I did. Over all this is my 3rd ultrasaber ( including one I bought for my brother) and I am happy. Just make your order and it will arrive at some point.

I personally highly recommend this product for the Star Wars geek in your house. It might be a little pricey but it's durable, light, and overall fantastic.

It took a bit for them to make my saber, I ordered it back in January of this year, but they kept me up to date on everything. I got my saber just a few days ago and its great! Exactly what I ordered.

Very durable from what I've seen and it shipped far more quickly than I thought it was going to in a pandemic.

It was perfect, everything came on time. The blades were very durable, all the lighting worked. The only thing that happened was that in shipping or packing they missed my setting screw to secure the blade into the hilt, but that was just an easy trip the hardware store. Besides that tho it was perfect.

Its got all that I asked for, sound is loud, and saber is very bright. But I do think that its not quite worth the price I paid for. Customizing the saber makes it very expensive its a whole 100 + dollars more for a saber with sound. I honestly think that the saber shouldn't cost more for a saber with sound

I ordered a saber and it came within 2 weeks with reasonable shipping, such good value for cosplay or just duelling. If you're thinking of getting a saber get one here.
