My saber is awesome! Very high quality
I ordered a mystery box from Ultrasabers it came relatively fast. The packaging was good and ensured it wouldnt have been damaged. I was really satisfied with this thank you!
Delivery time was amazing for an international order. (4 weeks). But product had a few scratches and the blade plug does not fit inside the hilt due the LED being incorrectly set in the hilt (too far up).
High quality, solid construction, everything I was expecting. Shipping was prompt, package was well wrapped and product was protected.
I purchased three. Two with initiate size blades for my children and one with the default blade. We have set up wall mounts for them but I got them because they were durable and would stand up to play with my children in our yard. My kids love them and we have a great time re-enacting or making up our own scenes for the movies.
It did take awhile but its understandable i love the saber though even because of the wait time.
I have ordered 2 previous sabers and both have broken within a month of getting them

My son is absolutely delighted with his Ultrasaber. The quality of the build is fantastic. Times are quite chaotic these days, but the folks at Ultrasaber were responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
This company will continue to delay your shipment for months - 61 days after the original order date I was advised it could take up to 8 plus more weeks to receive. The intermittent customer service responses will make you think the company isn't even legit. If you try to cancel the order you are told the fine print of your contract reads they will keep a hefty restocking fee for a product they never had in stock. Still haven't received a refund! Stay away from this phony company! There are other companies offering quality products at more reasonable prices with reasonable shipment times.
Six weeks have passed since I ordered, but I was a bit embarrassed to say that it was out of stock.
Still, it came quickly compared to what was later guided.

Product is great and I love having the sabers but delivery time is terrible and the customer service is near non-existent.
I ordered a dominix v3 it came in perfect a beautiful saber...but I also ordered 4 grab bag saber blades 2 of which did not come with blade film.just empty tubes.sent two emails (a month apart) and called left message no follow up on either.also it was a month late too
Ordered the saber but at around 4 weeks in was told the saber I ordered was out of stock. On top of that had to pay extra for the sound board, also out of stock. There should be an inventory check at the time of the order, not 4 weeks in.
Took a while to arrive but the light saber is really cool. Also took a while for them to respond.
Definitely love every product i get from you guys.
Understood that there was some delays with the shipping. Overall got my amazing lightsaber.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
