I assume they outsource because these were the most unhelpful and idiotic customer service people I have ever dealt with. I will never use Uber eats again. So rude and dishonest.

They will have you work for them thinking you'll get paid, to hit you up after calling them 5 days back to back to say you have work over the limit so you don't get paid to the amount they promised. They are Big Scammers! Again, don't fall for it. Worse company to work for. Got my account stuck on 94% ratings for 4days while I only needed 95% to get Gold Premium. They are not sincere.

I placed an order and the delivery person never showed up. I contacted ubereats with the issue and they indicated that the order had not been received and I had to place it again. I did so. The second time I received it but I got charged twice. I contacted customer service to solve the issue and never got a response or solution. This was some time ago and I have stopped using all UBER services because of this.

Go with Doordash instead! I ordered 1 item from 1.1 miles from my home. It took over an hour to come and never would have if I didn't bring to their attention that the driver had not moved! I asked to be reimbursed for the express delivery charge which advertises that it will be delivered within 5 minutes and they said they could not afford to do that LOL! Uber cannot afford to refund me a delivery charge of $2.99? Give me a break. When I tried to explain that this was not acceptable, she ended the chat.

This is a response I gave to uber Eats support when they denied my refund it says mostly everything.

I will be escalating this. You refuse to give me a refund even though the management at info. Removed) said I should get one. Your company has been very unprofessional the four days I have been dealing with this situation. I also filed a dispute with my bank. That's another story. I will most definitely file a complaint with the BBB as well and submit negative reviews across social media about your unethical practices. I've had three horrible orders over a week in half most recently today. I want my accounts deleted as I will never use your services again. You also give promos and make up the difference in delivery and other fees how unethical is this. You can't keep track of how many refunds someone gets that shouldn't have anything to do with it. I will also share my experience in more detail with the merchant on how you treated a customer. Needless, to say Uber is the worst and you are making a lot of money on your overpriced services. As I said I will escalate and pursue this until I get the resolution I deserve. You also were supposed to respond to me on multiple occasions and didn't. Reputation is everything and you can be surprised what one negative review can do. Delete my accounts (info. Removed). It's interesting that the order in question disappeared from my account. Sounds suspect yet again. Another thing you have no right to store credit card information without the consent of the customer but yet you do. It's amazing you have all these supposed departments and not one followed through on my complaint for a refund. I hope you don't instruct your employees to fabricate the truth. I'm just throughly disgusted with the actions and employees of your company. —End—

Also, the number listed for the corporate office is actually the customer service line. Why are they preventing anyone for contacting corporate?

Driver left my order of 33.00 in a different address, I called support to report the incident and the phone giving number was not working. I was able to email support, but they were NOT too helpful! They argued that the driver tried to contact me, but I never received a call. I didn't get my order nor my money back! The worse experience ever!

Unauthorized charges!

I ordered 2 items from a local restaurant, one item was about $12.00 and the other was around $28.00. I was originally charged $45.69 and then the total charge changed twice - next one was $53.80 ans then another $8.11 charge was added so almost $64 for an app and an entre! I will NEVER use Uber Eats again, horrible rip off! And Not transparent about charges at all!

@UberEats I'm completely done with Uber Eats. One time I ordered donuts from Dunkin' Donuts. Whoever the driver was had roaches in her car so my donut box had roaches in it it was so embarrassing because the order came to my office at a call center. I used to work to where I shared the donuts with other employees, who saw the roaches so embarrassing I contact Uber Eats support. They tell me I can get a refund strike one. Now yesterday a agent tells me I can't get a refund because I canceled the order. Why would I want to keep my order that is in a totally different city. But one agent told me I couldn't get a refund because I cancel the order but if I would've contacted them and had support cancel the order I would've gotten a refund that doesn't make sense. Then another agent said I waited too long to cancel the order, but show them proof of a screenshot from my bank transaction. The order took place at 2:53 PM show them another screenshot of the transaction being canceled in the Uber app that says 2:53 PM, so how did I wait too long? And how did the restaurant except the order within that time? Then another agent I spoke with said she could give me a refund and never did. Strike two and strike three. Uber eats are scammers.

They either don't give u ur food or the Restraunt charges extra for an add on and u don't get what u paid for. I'm using door dash. I paid $3.00 extra for crab grits from bud boys & poets and got regular grits. I sent the pic to Uber eats help and told them and they didn't refund me. Worst app to use.

I ordered through uber eats and it did not go through. They canceled the order and still they charged my card over 40.00 dollars, three days later. I was under the impression that it all canceled until it hit my card. I contacted them right away. They told me it was to late and to bad. You have only have 48 hours to contact them. But it was 3 days when my card was charged. This company is a scam.if I did not have to issue a star, I wouldn't at all.

The worst service! Your order comes wrong or missing food, you not getting a refund. They're train to say they can't issue you a refund. Stay away and spend your money somewhere else.

Used to be decent but 9 times out of 10, the food arrives cold, and it's a struggle to get your money back. Recent order was late (again) so i wasnt able to accept it but somehow I was still charged a tip!?!? Who would tip for a sub-par service?! Bordering on theft if you ask me! Won't be using this company again EVER! Avoid at all cost

Uber eats driver
July 31, 2023

Driver never came to my address I have a ring camera to prove she never came to my door to deliver my food. It is a lesson for me I will never use Uber eats again. I don't have to lie about food. She took a picture of the food not the door with the door letter on it. I piss cause that was my grandson dinner and I paid for it and they wouldn't issue me a refund.

So today. After an hour wait. I checked my app and it said delivered. No food. I called support. The driver did not wait, ring door bell, call, take photo of delivery. Nothing. Uber just said 'sorry' and refunded my money, but i wasted hour waiting for food and my family is hungry. This is like the 4ith or 5th time. I am done with uber eats.

That's it. My food was cold and delivered to one of my neighbors. I have complained before and made sure that I had easy to comprehend instructions to my home. I am paying way too much for such stupid mistakes and bad service. I am removing their app and going to a delivery company that appreciates my business.

I placed and order for Chinese food through uber eats. I did not get my full order which is the restaurants fault. I called the restaurant and they said they did not do my order it must have been from another place. I called uber eats after waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone they told me that the email I gave them was not the email they used but it was the one they sent all there conformation to. Not only did I not get my full order that I spent 120 on but I was nit told where they for my order from. They took my money no problem. I will never order through uber eats again

I ordered a papa John's pizza and it arrived half done. I had to taste it to know if it was done and they would not give me all my money back. It was a raw $20 pizza and ubereats would only give me back 12.84. The pizza was terrible and they would not come get it, wouldn't give me back my money and I couldn't talk to a real person. I called discover to help and they sided with ubereats saying they delivered... but the food was not fully cooked...I didn't know that people could deliver you $#*! and you are obligated to take it and eat the cost if it is not right.
