Every year Uber slams my on file credit card with a $99.99 charge for some BS called Uber One, every year I dispute this charge but it is charged again the next year. This unethical practice has resulted in my deleting my account to prevent this charge. CHECK YOU CC STATEMENTS for this charge and delete Uber
How can a fare that is 30.4 miles only be.98 cents more then a fare that is only 14.4 miles. There are many like this, I only decided to give this one. It doesn't seem right. Don't call support because as of now I've been on 2 different calls totaling over 2hrs and 15mins, and still no answer after speaking to 9 different people.
I have been an Uber user for years. The poor service provided by Taxi drivers seems to be the new norm with Uber. I had to go to NYC and one driver asked me to pay him directly and got mad because I refused. Another driver cancelled my ride because La Guardia was too far from him and the last one cancelled my ride because I couldn't find him quickly in the mess of an airport on Friday night. I ended up taking a taxi and I can tell that it was easier and more convenient. Seems that Uber may be missing their purpose⦠at least they lost one customer.

So let me tell you about Uber eats. I am a delivery driver and Uber eats they like to put stuff on peoples accounts saying we did something and didn't and then when you call them they try to connect you to all these different people and then give you 10 different stories. Then they tell you that you have several undelivered deliveries I have delivered 1177 orders since I started Ubers eats and they say half my orders were not delivered that's a lie because we have to take pictures or get PIN numbers so someone who works for Uber is messing with peoples accounts and then when you talk to a supervisor they tell you that they are going to do something and they don't do it. So Uber eats is bull$#*! period

I have a Tesla and have had 2 over past 8 years. They have been using tesla Uber credits voucher rather than a loaner car, when you need service for about 3 years now. I've used them 4 times in the 3 years. You get usually $100/day or a combined amount for several days ($400 for anticipated 4 days) in service.
I've used Uber black, Uber lux on these occasions no problem. The voucher itself indicates only restrictions are Uber eats and you are responsible for the tip.
This past time I was charged my personal payment in lieu of the voucher and Uber stated it's because I used Uber black which the voucher "clearly" indicates that as restriction in the voucher. I sent proof and uploaded it multiple times as well as proof of using Uber black and Lux previously with tesla voucher Uber credit. They continue to parrot same thing now 6x, while simultaneously refusing to acknowledge the verbiage on the actual voucher or my previous proof.
I've asked to speak to a supervisor and someone on the phone. They have ingnored my requests completely and stopped responding altogether and just keep sending me requests to rate their service.
Baxk in the day, a taxi ride was reliable and efficient. The introduction of an app based ride program was supposed to make getting around me efficient and reliable. In the beginning it was, Uber and Lyft would spend quality time on ensuring everyone had the chance at a ride.
Unfortunately with the changes, which I would associate are related to ride profit transparency, an app based ride is nothing short of a gamble. Since the driver can now see how much they can earn off a ride, they can easily pick and choose who they decide to accept. Meaning you can be sitting a while, and more often than not, you may just be the lucky recipient of a game to chicken. The driver can wait out the clock to prevent from losing money on a cancelled ride.
So at the end of the day, an app based ride is no more a guarantee, more like a game of chance that can easily wash away your enjoyable night out. App based rides have become an unreliable and enjoyable form of transportation, we should all dread the days to come where Uber and Lyft live another day, while the taxi becomes an after thought.
Company is a scam wait times up to 45 mins when initial it says 12-15 and continues changing drivers who end up at the wrong destination
You have no way of contacting them via phone to file complaints and forget about emails they never respond

I have been using Uber for years and found that I recently have had a monthly recurring fee of $9.99 for some sort of service that I have no knowledge of. Upon contacting Uber to ask for a refund, they told me that they would refund credit to my Uber account. This is literally robbing me of money that I now have only an option to use for their services. I was told they cannot show proof that I authorized this membership and that there is no other avenue to pursue my claim, outside of the chat window on the phone app specifically.
This must be illegal but I have no idea how to defend myself and recoup my money so I can only leave this review.
Well today I paid for an Uber ride, and as I am standing at the barbershop waiting, the Uber driver pulls. He pulled in at the bar in between 2 vehicles, and I was unable to see him. As I was standing outside side the barbershop, I received a message from Uber that my ride was canceled, and then I saw the Uber driver backing out and leaving. Then I see where they still charged me $5.50 after the ride was canceled. Uber is starting to get as bad as Lyft, and I quit using Lyft for these same reasons. Well it is time to find another way to get rides.
I was a former Driver for Uber and I liked the company as a whole BUT I was recently arrested and put in jail for 15 days for getting into a fight. SO, uber ran a back ground check and saw there was an arrest with CHARGES of an assault. They then suspended my account. The last time I looked I lived in America and by Constitutional Rights say that I am Innocent until proven guilty.

My name is Peter. I was Uber eats driver. For October 17 th 2022 sombody stole from my account with Uber and cashed out my earnings of 89.01 dollars for that day into somebody else's account. The lady I talked to did not care. My history with that stealing company is over.
Ubers' Customer support is horrible. I have been an outstanding driver for Uber since 2016 and I am appalled by the customer care for this company. I cannot even begin to explain how many times I had to go through multiple agents to help me with an issue. One time, one of them couldn't update my vehicle properly, wasting a WHOLE day of earning a living. I am a full-time driver and I take it seriously. In recent events, I am aware of the recording laws in my state and I was just trying to update the information about my dash camera. I had to go through 3 agents because not one of them had the decency to tell me that I was able to go into my settings and update it. All of them literally told me to contact the manufacturer of my dashcam when I stated clearly that I am trying to edit my information to the uber app. I even went as far as showing them a screenshot of what it says on Uber's site about video recording and registering the camera, and still, I had no proper compliance. The majority of the agents have no clue what the guidance rules are for uber nor understand proper English. Please do something about this.
