I've been purchasing cigarettes from TygerPipes for over a year now and they have been very reliable and Jeffrey's communication has been excellent! I highly recommend them!
I was charged twice since March 27th and didn't get anything until now. If you give them e-check number, they will take your money without inform you. They don't return your money. I feel I was cheated.
There is but little hope, if I receive my orders, i will came back and let you guys know(June 17).

I received my orders finally this week(July 10), so I come here again to tell you. Order staff from this website, you should keep tracking your orders and keep telling them if you didn't receive your orders. Their response is really slow but they are not cheaters.
Used them several times to ship to USA Slow very slow takes about 3 weeks to get your product and difficult to contact They do not answer phone/e mail But... the product they send is in good shape and fairly cheap

Tygerpipes does not seem to be shipping cigarettes anymore, now only taking money. It has been 15 days since I made payment and not a word from their company. Jeffrey, if you want me to revise this review, you can e-mail me back on order # *******. A pity really, as I used to buy a ton from them and the company was great, but now they seem to just be taking money and not shipping anything!

I was truly hesitant about ordering from this site based on the negative reviews it has. So I e-mailed them and received a response in less than 2 days. I later made my order and received it in less than a month. I am a customer in the U.S.A. and I was very pleased with this website and their customer service. I recommend it to anyone who is interested!

I started buying cigarettes here from 2011. From the first time I did any business until now, I always get good service. The quality of cigarettes is very good and I like the pictures, colors and little stories. I will continue to be a Chinese cigarette smoker. I live alone and really enjoy smoking, since Hawaii has been so ridiculous its been hard to roll my own cigarettes. Thank You Jeffery and tigerpipes you have been a true friend. I placed a order for 136.00 Have not received. They do not answer their email.
I've been ordering from tygerpipes for over a year now and have never had any issues with them except for a small problem with shipping they seem to currently be having, i don't even think the black devils i ordered on 8/15 have been shipped yet and it's somewhat difficult to get in touch with somebody about it. Aside from that, no problems, i recommend tygerpipes to anybody :)
I was able to contact customer service and was able to speak to jeffrey via phone and he was nice enough to fill me in on details on my order and shipping processes. A little mishap occured during my order, but he was able to handle and see my order thru. Great website. Good service.
Shipping faster than i thought, good customer service, great prices and great products and my cigarettes were fresh.
Jeffrey was kind with me and fulfilled every one of my requests, be a bit patient: Jeffrey allways reply within 3 or 4 days. Jeffrey understood very well the issues with the canadian customs I went trough and helped at detailing the invoice declaration bills. The cigarettes I received are outstanding ZNH RED SUN.
Much much more better quality than canadian cigarettes!

Parcel Post Shipping took about 2 weeks and change- Which isn't bad considering how far it had to travel and the customs process that it had to go through.
I received my order in full (which is what matters, right?). It could have been packaged a little better to avoid damage but all of the contents were in an acceptable condition.
It really depends on how picky you are but communication could have been better. It took 5 days to get a tracking number without a response to my queries.
Overall, I am pleased with the contents and I will order from this site again.
If you are considering ordering from this site- It is not a scam but be patient when it comes to responses and shipping time.
Pretty quick response from the owner about a billing error. Resolution was solved quickly and efficiently, and the order shipped right away. Just gotta wait for it to come in. Dunno why people are complaining about his promptitude. It was pretty good in my experience. I will definitely recommend this site and probably use it again in the future.
After reading the different comments on this site, i was a bit skeptical about when i would receive my shipment. I decided to e-mail Jeff and his response time was very quick, after my shipment was shipped out he immediately e-mailed me a confirmation number. Although the site said i should receive my shipment anywhere from 10-15 days, it only took 5 days. This is a business worth purchasing from, they are quick and reliable. I highly recommend buying from tygerpipes.com.
I ordered more than 3 times, and find some problems. If you just order 1 carton, it's cool, and usually the cigarettes could come on the permised time. But if you order three or more, you are in trouble. I ordered three cartons together on Dec last year from China. I check the track number, they still stay at China on Feb this year. The worst problem is on March, he email me that customs turn it back. LOL... However, without this website, where we can buy it? LOL
I wasnt sure what to expect from tygerpipes after reading some bad reviews but after my experience, I have to agree with every good review. My experience was pleasant all around. I emailed Jeffrey asking how long my shipment would take for me to receive it and he said it would take 15 to 25 days and I received my order on the 15th day after it was shipped. My order was correct and I am very pleased with the smokes!
I give Jeffrey and tygerpipes an A+ for great customer service, fast shipping, and great pricing! I will definitely order again!
When I made my order I got an email from Jeffrey regarding they cannot ship the order to a shipping address which is different with the billing address. After the conversation Jeffrey agreed to ship the order to my new address and the problem was solved. Great service!
