They are the best. I don't know what the other person was complaining about with the customer service, but I have experiences nothing but the best. Jeffrey was very prompt in returning my phone calls and e-mails. I love the products. I have been a customer for a couple of years now. It took a bit to get the charges though and shipped, customs charged almost double what the cost of the cigars were but tygerpipes has already made arrangement to re embers me the price of the costumes fees and no argument about it. They have great customer skills and have even taken a hit to make sure the customer got the service they are providing. I will highly recommend these guys, Now i just need customs to release my product so i can try some the yummy bliz cigar flavours. Thank you tyger pipes.
I waited a number of months before I finally submitted my order. Since I came back from China I missed the cigarettes, the multi colored wrappers, and just the choice available. I didn't want to give my credit card number to some random person in Zhongguo and hope for the best, but eventually I got drunk one night and sent the order in, and... it arrived. I'm totally happy. I ended up with soft packs, but aside from that I couldn't be more happy with my order. Time for an F-n Panda Pride.
DON"T buy from them. The worst customer service ever. NO response whatsoever after at least 3 phone calls and many emails.
This is the only site I can order my beloved Chinese cigarettes from. Granted, that doesn't mean much if you're not a smoker, but if you are a smoker, listen up: cigarettes are so much cheaper on this site than at the stores! I smoke ZhenLong, a beautiful blue pack with gold design and... don't fall over: I pay $102 for 4 cartons, including shipping! As if that weren't enough, the service is prompt and accurate. I've been a customer since April '09. For all non-smokers: you can buy very distinctive gifts at this site, but mostly that have to do with smoking.
I was looking for Mild Seven Japanese Cigarettes on the web a few months ago and found this site. I am glad I because there where no other sites that sold this product. They claim to be the only source for Japanese Cigarettes and I believe it. I placed my first order for a carton of Mild Sevens and figured I would get them in 3 weeks or so. They arrived in less than a week and they where packaged really nice and in perfect condition. I have since ordered from them many times with the same great results. Highly recommended.
