Used them many times over the last 5 years. Just used them again :) They are solid and reliable. They always deliver, and they always answer e-mails. Best cigarette site on the internet IMHO.
THIS SITE IS A SCAM. It's been 2 months since I placed my order, and they guaranteed it would come within 18-25 days. I've made several calls and emails and they don't return/respond to any of them.

I am very happy with tygerpipes.com. My orders always shipped. Once a parcel did not arrive to me, lost or stolen along the way: I said it to Jeffrey and tygerpipes.com sent me another package to replace it.
Sometimes you have to order well in advance. To arrive in France, a parcel takes 8 days, but it may happen that this period is longer because of a vacation.
I am very pleased with tygerpipes.com and I am a regular customer.

I ordered long time ago like last year, ordered one packed of dj mix strawberry flavor and it was awesome. Everything is in place, that was a trial if this site is real or not. And it is real, I ordered more today and i hope i get it asap. Thanks and recommended
The only problem I had with TygerPipes was receiving an email that my order had been shipped. Once Jeffrey sent me that email, it was the patient wait (still only about 13 days from Beijing to my doorstep) and everything was A-OK. Would definately order from them again and recommend to do so.
I have nothing but good things to say about this site. They are honest and straight forward. They will let you know if there will be delays or not before you finish ordering. I have ordered my fare share of cartons from this site and have yet to find one i didn't like. The variety is awesome. I have personally recommended this site to at least 5 different people within the last 2 weeks. I also recomend this site to anyone looking for good cigarettes.
This site is great, I've placed several ordres over the last few months and had no problems. They close for 2 weeks for Chinese New Year starting Jan 25 and I ordered on the 23rd and they made sure my order shipped before they closed! The products are great and I'll keep ordering from them.
Jeffrey is always quick to send my order. I've been ordering on this site at least for a year. No problem at all. You can even ask Jeffrey to send tour big orders in many small parcels so the customs can't catch or guess everything. Good site I recommand heartedly for cigarets in France are really to expensive and chinese cigs I got used to for I spent some time in china.

I first ordered in late November but had some difficulty getting my items since the package must've been lost in the mail. So Jeffrey re-shipped and it was here within 10 days! Very good customer service, I will definitely be buying from tygerpipes.com in the near future!
