Didn't realize how controlled Twitter is - definitely government overreach.
Twitter is more for the 'woke' crowd who are overly sensitive to the truth or any opinion that is different from their own. I told someone to "go jump off a bridge' - mentioned literally- most people are smart enough to know that expression is to show strong feeling while not being true. Off course Twitter police look for an excuse to remove someone if you are not speaking government propaganda. This kind of censorship makes it difficult to have genuine discussion, meaningful discussion. The censorship has closed down debate and those that have something of relevance to say have drifted away from Twitter or have been shut down by Twitter 'police'. After joining Tumblr - tumblr platform is like a breath of fresh air.

What I have seen which is expressed by others is that their administration is poor - no one to talk too - to understand why account is suspended. Like they hide from the clients because they don't know how to talk with people. I included snapshot of the admin garbage I get from Twitter (my account was set up with phone # not email) but Twitter program not smart enough to know this! Keeps prompting me for email not phone number-So I can't reconnect or do anything! This is either bad programming or deliberate.

Anyway Twitter is too much work to give anymore time too. Engaging with others is suppose to be fun and interesting not work. So went to another platform.

I posted a tweet reply to somebody detailing what the US did in My Lai to women, children and babies and about the 50 million litres of agent orange they dropped on the civilian population.

I am feeling bitter and angry at the way Twitter has handled me. I have made a couple of comments that they didn't approve of and am permanently suspended.

I have tried to talk sense with them. I have tried to negotiate. The reasonable way to treat a human being is to suspend the account temporarily. Even a one year suspension would have taught me a valuable and hard learned lesson.

My "perceived crime" does not fit the punishment. It's unjustified, cruel and inhumane. That is why I have decided to never try to use Twitter again.

Twitter's policies are having a hard impact on a lot of people. Famous people have complained of being cut off at the knees because of some perceived crime.

These are frivolous and vexatious accusations that don't correspond to the reality of life. The system is designed to punish and be unnecessarily aversive in nature.

I am never going to give Twitter another opportunity to treat me this way again. I am moving on 100% to more humane platforms. I don't want to use the "read only" option that they have given me.

Too restrictive. The site is boring and no good content whatsoever. They set way too many rules and if you appeal something they just deny it.

Twitter is a nightmare of child abuse posts. Blue check marks encouraging child mutilation and violence at anyone who disagrees. Even the staff are abusive and poorly educated. It's a great place however if you want to groom children.

Twitter sucks.

Twitter is quickly becoming the worst platform on social media! The new terms of service give patrons little or no contact to support. I have spent over 100 USD in twitter adds and received nothing in return. No clicks no followers nothing. Now my account is blocked and they refuse to acknowledge me or answer my tickets. I have been asking for help for months now. I feel singled out and abused by them halting my add after taking my money and then blocking my account from adds. Again they did not tell me why or how to fix it. I am here to let people know the dark side of twitter. They just want your money and if you have an issue you go under the BUS!

The number of words to be used is limited. This makes a user limited in their description of items one is advertising, this can bring about misleading statements. The platform can be toxic bringing about challenges in relation to mental health due to cyber bullying and fake accounts used to tear down individuals profiles.

I have reported numerous racial slurs directed at different people on Twitter. But apparently, as long as they are Russian, it's fine. You can laugh about assassination of Russian civilians, post pictures with racial slurs including one account posting a video with Russian POW of Asian descent and calling him "a future slave for West Ukraine", call them names using denigrating racial slurs quite like the n-word or any other slur, but as long as they are from Russia, it "doesn't violate their policies". What a pile of steaming you know what their moderators and their policies are!

A comparison of what happened over last few months: A response to my report of a Twit where a person was expressing their happiness over assassination of Darya Dugina and saying that "it will come for all of you" was that it doesn't violate their policies.

Meanwhile, my post calling someone stupid and dumbass was blocked "on the basis of race ethnicity, etc. - none of them applicable.

It's a platform you didn't think you needed and it comes to you and becomes essential not only to experience what you feel and share it, but to maintain communication with the people you get to know through it. It allows you to stay connected to things going on around you that you are not normally aware of because of distance or because it is not happening directly to you. And it is a form of entertainment in a way thanks to the creativity of its users.

I have a truckload of expletives to throw at this dictatorial app! After a couple of nonsensical lockouts for my harmless & completely justified comments, I felt my best course of action was simply to delete them from my life.@&!#%* YOU, Twitter! And your unjust Censorship!

The neanderthals running I mean ruining Twitter are complete hippocrates. This site is a joke you can not even say anything without being scrutinized.

It lets you choose between email and phone sign up and then forces you to enter a phone no matter which you choose. The allow bull$#*! posts that when you write something against, their system picks up as harassment and suspends your account in case the original poster gets offended. Some staff are reasonable about it and unsuspend your account quickly, while others are manual following $#*!s who keep you locked out until you get lucky for a reasonable reviewer to look at it. When appealing the suspension it sometimes doesn't let you just because. Elon, hurry up and buy it so this $#*! can be prevented.

Use extreme caution with Twitter web site. PORNOGRAPHY on there crashes phones. (As popped up without warning) Twitter denies. Reported to FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. HOPE THIS HELPS.

So they say on here you can delete you're account but you can reactivate before 30 days and you're account be the same as what it was when you deleted temporaily well that's a lie as when I went to reactivate before the 30 days where up there was no followers and no body who I followed neither so in the end I just deactivated it completely

As a whole twitter has been a great additional tool for advertising my business online. Any additional way I can market my business is useful for me, and can potentially bring in more customers. I like being able to share and allow my customers to retweet my advertisements. These can potentially bring more clients, and it's always great to get free marketing.

Don't get me worng i like twitter but it says you have to be 13 or older i but my birthday june 17 2009 witch means i am 13 year old and it locked me out and i lost everything they need to fix there damn age thing that pissis me off
