This experience was better this time around. A couple of years ago I was missing part my order and was told it was on its way and still never received it.

I have contact twinklens at least 4 times, both by phone and by email. Despite their claim that respond to emails within 12 hours, it usually takes at least 3 days to hear anything and when you do it's not an actual answer to "where is my order?" I still haven't received my order to two separate lines and haven't even been able to get my refund. Do no purchase from here! This whole experience has been terrible. I finally ordered from MOCO and those lenses I have received. Same yourself time and money and DON'T use twinklens.

Easy to find contacts. I'd recommend a filter to be able to find contacts with and without power easier

The contacts I ordered were shipped nearly immediately and only took a week to arrive. The materials used in them are extremely comfortable as well as breathable, no foreign body feeling at the end of the day and very easy to insert and remove.

Got my order after about 10 days. Contacts are beautiful, love the brown/Grey and the black ones. Good quality as always, doesn't make my eyes angry

Contacts are here, exactly as ordered, with extra cases in tow! The colours are exactly what I was looking for, three out of four pair were perfect.

The sizing on the Sclera isn't great, won't be able to wear them as the fit isn't right, so theres a constant air bubble. Not sure what can be done about that. I am an experienced user if them (just never from this site) I've tried everything I can think of to try to get rid of the bubble, but the fit just isn't there.

The tracking process was a little rough, but again, they got here in decent time, so I won't complain about that.

I bought a pair of contacts, and they arrived ripped and torn. As soon as I reported it, I did get a replacement very quickly! Although, when the replacement came, it was also ripped. Again. I've read good reviews on this brand; I'm sad to only have a bad experience.

My 4th time ordering from TwinkLens and they're, so far, better than Vampfangs with their prices, customer services and monthly discounts. I recommend this company for all your go-to needs when it comes to any kind of contact lenses weather buying singular or in pairs. Shop, twinklens!

Purchased a birthday gift for a friend and they loved the contacts, packaging etc. Our only issue was there was no tracking provided with my order even though it was said there would be. I was even emailed a link to track the order, but with no tracking number provided it didn't work and it wasn't available on the site either. Overall a good experience but I hope if other people are having this issue as well it will be fixed

Looks exactly like it does in pictures. Easy to apply, comfortable and makes my eyes really pop! I most definitely will buy more in the near future.
