Really disappointed, over an hour wait time when you call then put on to incompetent staff. Quick to take your money but then dont answer emails, calls and charge extortionatly for any changes online even when the mistakes are theirs
I book my flight tickets with this compagny, not expensive and very good service. If I have a question, they are easy to reach and really help you out, not like some other cheap flying compagnies. They don't make problems but give solutions and also provide good service to go to the airport and when you arive.
