I placed my order, uniuni there courier I assume lost my package, they kept lying to me.
Roger from there csr tried to help was rude, 2nd parcel was sent for me. I received it today, no apology note. Nothing! I asked for my money back and they denied as I no longer required there product rather without my consent they sent me a package. No idea till date where the original parcel is! Never using them again

The lens make your eyes burn and ache so bad you cannot wear the contacts longer than a few minutes. They do not stick to the eye will fold and pop out. Trying to get a refund or return them is a joke here's the company's return policy:" Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale. " Second sale- sooo they are resale declined products from one consumer to the next during a pandemic! This company refuses refunds and wants to argue in a nice nasty way. As a contact wearer of many years, I know what I am doing with contact lens and based on 9/10 other reviews, it is definitely the company's fault. In addition, the colors do not show up, they are muddy and your eye color will show through. It is not worth the hassle or pain you will experience. This company needs to be investigated and shutdown and the social media influencers need to stop feeding into these soulless devils for free products.
