I have ordered contacts from TTDEYE in the past with little to no issues. But recently I spent like $200 on their contacts and upon receiving them, the first pair I opened didn't even have the proper prescription. I couldn't see through them and I ended up having to toss them out. I've tried emailing them a few times now, even sending them my eye prescription from my doctor as they asked me to, and still, no response. I'm honestly really disappointed and I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore. They seem to have gone downhill. Don't waste your money on them!

After 15 days of waiting they sent me a damaged contact lenses that is not possible to wear. I have opened it put it in saline solution and waited 24 hours before applying to my eyes to find out an extreme discomfort, upon taking it off and viewing it under light noticed a white small particle / tear on it. Now I have one damaged contact lense, I have no idea what to do with it, as they aren't responding to me anymore. Worst customer service. Bad products. Don't recommend

If I could pick zero star I absolutely would. This site is a scam, there was no tracking updates for a whole month. When there finally was an update, USPS said it delivered the package in wiscosin when I live in michigan. My delivery address was correct because I paid through PayPal. Don't waste your money. I'm going to open a case on PayPal and I hope someone will report this site.

I ordered contacts & was sent a email stating the contacts were not in stock days after ordering. On top of that I was told I could switch them out for a different color, then when I received my package 18 days later they looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I tried to email them & let them know my concerns & never heard back from them. Will not be ordering from them again & i encourage others not to as well.

I've ordered a few times in the past. I personally never had an issue with slow shipping. My 1st order, like many others who left reviews, I didn't understand the tracking procedure. I do remember receiving an email response to my inquiry. Which is what was explained in a few responses.
I enjoy this website because there are colors I like that my eye doctor doesn't. It's fun. Lol. And I only had issues with one pair I've ever ordered with being too big. Only one pair!
BUT! THIS time around I wanted something cute, fun & different than what I normally wear (for my vacation) so I ordered the mystery box & I received it today! I placed my order Dec. 28th. Today is Jan. 11th.
It is so awesome! I've tried on every pair so far! 4 out of 5 of the pair received, I would have never chosen on my own but they are equally my favorite! Lol.

So 65 dollars later I have 3 sets of contacts that are unbearable and unwearable. Set 1: California brown. They are bright orange. Forget what they look like on-site, not a warm brown. I have dark brown eyes and with this contact in they become cosplay light orange. So scary. Next: Nasa Gray. So huge they barely fit my eye. My prescription is -6.00 in both eyes. Color is not hideous, but I can't see as the lenses don't fit my eye and keep popping out all day. 3rd color: Allicent (?) Brown. They are a weird light grey and so fake looking, like a blind reptile. As I said 65 dollars wasted as I threw all 3 sets in the garbage. Don't believe the pics on website, these lenses are pure trash.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are a scam, literally. They charged me twice then when I tried tracking my order they it says 'Order Not Found', wtf? Their 'support team' sent me an automated message of them working on it, but why is my tracking number not found? That's sketchy. I highly DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I purchased them hesitantly because the site looked scammy. Once purchased I was given the wrong tracking number twice I had to email for correct and updated shipping informed. The package still isn't here and has stopped tracking the package since December 31st of 2022. There's no updates there's no nothing the $80 worth of 3 contacts package just disappeared without anyone from usps or the company knowing. I don't even care if they are nice anymore. I doubt I will receive them before the 15th of January.

Regarding the tracking, yes, it's a little complicated. As for the tracking number, both the one in the shipping confirmation email and the one our customer service provides are correct, because your parcel has two tracking numbers. One is from the carrier who cooperated with us, the other one is from USPS.
About the tracking info, it is updated when the parcel arrives at its next station. But it needs time to transit from one station to the other. So it is normal for the tracking stops updating for a period of time. And the estimated shipping time to the US is 10-20 days.
As for your order placed on 2022-12-24, according to the latest tracking info, the parcel was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:50 pm on January 6,2023 in NORFOLK, VA 23503.

I ordered and paid for blue contacts. They sent me light grey. When I contacted the company they said I can pay for the ones I ordered and they will send they correct pair. They also want me to pay to return the wrong pair they sent me. DO NOT ORDER from this company, you will not get what you paid for!

My contacts came quick less than 2 weeks. Contacts came with additional items and pretty contacts case.
I ordered these contacts and waited a month before emailing them asking to cancel the order because it hadn't arrived. They asked if i could wait so I did a week. Still nothing so I email asking for a refund or id file a chargeback. They ask again if I can wait. It's been 2 months since I ordered and they do not want to give me a refund. They eventually apologized saying they don't have what I ordered in stock so I'm waiting on a different order.

They belong to the same series, just a LITTLE DIFFERENT COLOR. " keep in mind I never once said it was ok for them to send me anything that I didn't order I thought ok maybe they aren't that different and they are still yellow at least. I emailed back ok can I see what I'm receiving. Got a email back and I laughed A LITTLE DIFFERENT COLOR what? They had the nerve to send me PURE PURPLE contacts! Not going to mention THE PURPLE CONTACTS ARE A LOWER PRICE! I got upset and said I wanted my money back now they emailed " so sorry that we cannot cancel the order and refund you when it is on the way. Hope you can understand." why would y'all send me something I didn't order if they were out of stock don't charge my card and complete my order smh
$20 seems ridiculous for a shipping time of 5-8 days but I really needed it by the 8th day at the very least.
My package was two days late and I missed the deadline for what I needed them for. I contact support, they refused and belittled me for believing that it would arrive on the 8th day. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I bought 5pairs of prescription contact lenses which took a month to arrive. I was disappointed with the lenses I put them in the cleaning solution overnight tried them on the next day and they irritate my eyes and they move around when you blink. They are way to big for my eyes when I put them on you can see my eye color instead of just the Pupil. The only thing I liked was the box it came in. Save your money I wouldn't recommend these lens. I guess u get what you pay for which is garbage.

I ordered two sets of contacts a month ago, on September 27th, and paid express shipping for them. It is now October 19th, and I have not received any update - in fact, when I try to track my product, it says "status not found". Stunningly enough, when I email the "support" team, (which is just bots) trying to look for help, nothing! I have emailed twice now. They definitely stole my money and I am trying to go through my bank to deny it.
