I recently signed up to be able to watch NHL playoff hockey only to find out immediately that they do not have the rights to the NHL games any longer. Yes maybe that is my bad for not looking into it first but I immediately realized my mistake and asked to have them cancel the subscription and refund the money as I have no need for the service otherwise at this time. They refuse to refund the money. To them keeping the one month payment is more important than having me return as a customer for other sports streaming which I have been doing when the needs arose. So they basically don't understand a major business concept that customer acquisition is far more costly than customer retention but hey maybe I shouldn't be surprised, they did lose the rights to NHL games after all.

I like watching a soccer game but I hate the constant drum beating as it does nothing for the entertainment of the game. Anyone I have spoken to has the same feeling. Wathing with muted sound you don't get the input from commentators. I try for a few minutes then turn it off. What can you do?

Worst golf coverage that I have ever seen (or heard) and I watch alot of golf. For an event of this status viewers should have the best product. TSN SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED! This was truly Mickey Mouse broadcasting. Basically, we were treated to four groups of golfers for the most part on the final day and considering this is usually one of the best fields in golf we should see more of the other players. Then there was the announcers. They just could not stop talking about Sheffer's caddy Ted Scott. Yes he's a caddy who is very successful at The Masters but I lost count how many times he was mentioned throughout the broadcast. Then the amount of times of dead air time (nothing but crickets). The announcers, Brian and Michael, should also hone up on their vocabulary skills. Everything was so one note. "The patrons" over and over again. Maybe try throwing a few other terms such as fans, gallery, crowd, etc. These guys are technically colour commenters are they not? Paid twenty some dollars for this service and really sorry I did! Highly advise not to subscribe to this service. I would give this a rating of zero but one is the lowest rating that is allowable

I have this solely for Raptors games. I also have the Sportsnet streaming app which I purchased months prior. I thought that app was lacking and nothing special. Boy was I wrong.

Many days my wife and I cannot stay up for late games so we watch them the next morning/day on Sportsnet... no problems and we really like this feature. Or we start them an hour late and can restart the game on SN. None of this with Bell TSN.

With the "we Love to rip off our customers Bell" you cannot pause, rewind any games and you CANNOT watch them at a later date. It is like they went back to 1995 TV service before PVR's. Even PVR's are now dated, but Bell offers none of this functionality and for 25% more money than Sportsnet.

Just a disdain for customers as usual from Bell. ALLOW US TO RE-WATCH THE GAME AND PAUSE YOU DOLTS.

Bell is like a parasite that eats you until you are all gone and then they act surprised. Bell charges 25% more for far less service. You can watch Sportsnet on your Firestick... Bell is too cheap to permit that so you have to cast or in our case break out our Xbox and hook it up... which is a pain.

It does seem like many are unaware (and that is on you) that TSN pays for half the Raptors games and Sportsnet pays for the other half. If you only choose one, pick Sportsnet.

I don't have a provider like Bell or Cogeco, all my TV programs come through the internet. NFL playoffs are the only NFL I watch. Two weeks of playoffs were shown on CTV2 which you can only get if you have a TV provider. Now, last 2 weeks of NASCAR were only on CTV2. The internet states TSN has the Canadian rights to NASCAR, NOT CTV I assume CTV is now owned by TSN. Had no heads up that this was coming. Called their phone, before I figured out NASCAR was on CTV2 for the last 2 weeks, and was surprised they answered right away but the person I talked to referred to NASCAR as a game and couldn't tell me why NASCAR wasn't on TSN. Sent an email 4 days ago still no answer.

I thought it would be the same as Sportsnet... not, it's useless.
You can't download the app to your TV.
When casting, it constantly stops and has to be reloaded. Often won't load at all.
All of this and 30% more. I guess I should have expected so little from a Bell company.

Disgusting that they break for commercials, but then come back to show a sports program in progress and still playing commercials is split screen. I didn't pay for a large TV so I could watch a small screen of my favourite sports! Enough already!

They give you a list of events they broadcast without telling prior to paying that some of the events only air in Canada. As soon as I found this out I sent email to cancel. Their reply was is that they do not refund partial used accounts. I did not use a second of my subscription. Total BS

Major sports events and championships are not included. I had to pay for an extra year because I missed canceling my membership before the auto-renewal kicked in by 2 days. They wouldn't budge

Watching the Russia/Sui game on Monday Dec, 27/21 after two periods of hockey the screen goes blank. Than say it's restricted in my area. What gives TSN.ca only reason I sign up for your service was to watch the world juniors. TollFree number is off the hook and your contact us page is garbage.

Do not waste your money on TSN direct. I was lied to about the content they offer. Was led to believe they had NHL and MLB action. When I could not find any such content, I decided to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Only to find out they don't do refunds. After haggling for almost a month with the terrible customer service team, they said they would look into my refund. That was almost a month ago, and they still have not responded to any of my follow up emails about the refund. By far the worst experience I have ever had, don't waste your money on this garbage

Got tsn to watch ufc. Waste of time and money. Gets preempted for golf and tennis or whatever else they feel like putting on. Get ufc online to get what you pay for.

We subscribed to TSN 1 to 5 via Rogers Cable. TSN was covering the Akron WTA finals daily from Nov 10 to Nov 17. However, yesterday evening (Nov 16 9.30 pm) for the WTA semi-finals, we found TSN2 blocked with the message "The Scheduled Program Is Not Available In Your Region. WTF!

Sportscasters sound like they are automated zombies spewing brain-dead narratives.
Programming is third-rate at best.
If people could comment on video or written articles - people with actual knowledge of sports would shred the comments and narrative that insults a person's intelligence.

You can't even rewind. At all. No app. Poor quality. Buffering. Zero stars I'm not joking I'll watch free streams over this crap

Trying to make a presentation out of free agent frenzy or trade deadline day seems awfully desperate! Let it have it's season and give me a chance to miss it! It's dull!

Terrible programming and customer service. Lots of outages for maintenance on the app. Avoid at all costs.

Cannot watch the game you want to watch, four links to watch spain vs slovakia, none to watch the poland game thanks for wasting my money. Often the streams just don't work, the passwords are way too secure i have to change mine every time i login. By far the worst service i have ever used. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TSN. TSN = PURE TRASH
