I joined the site and paid the price. Every time I want to watch a hockey game, I click on it and the same message appears every time "this is not available in your coverage territory" or words to that effect I was simply trying to watch a Montreal game in Montreal about $ different times. WTF?

Can't watch NHL, can't watch CHL, can't watch PHF. There is almost nothing enjoyable to actually watch with a subscription. Hope you like Sportscenter and tennis.

Had issue with getting started, app not able to load. Addressed the problem without success and now still waiting to get my refund

Horrible layout. Chock full of useless articles, just a total waste of time and money.
Price point is inflated, and customer service ( BELL SHOCKER) is a horrid mess. Full of clueless staff that seals the deal, on the worst streaming app I have used!

Two things--hugely important ones--make TSN's video on demand fairly useless. First, it takes a day for them to get a game online. If a game like Sweden vs. Czechia in the World Juniors happens at 11:00 a.m. my time, I can't see it until the following morning. Perhaps even worse, is the video quality is 540p--so bad that you have to guess where the puck is when watching a game. Maybe if this was 2001, I'd be content, but it's not and this is terrible service.

They're are scams. I had it for one month but they charge me for the next month as well. I call them to get my money back but they refused to give me a refund. No thanks

When it works its good but poor picture quality. However it rarely works at all. Constantly freezing or blanking out. Most videos might have sound but no picture. This morning on computer I got nothing but errors. I thought sports net was good except no junior hockey. Bad buy.

In this day and age, you need to try-*and I mean really try*- to be as bad as this app/service is. If you want to imagine what the experience is like: It's as if the dollar store started charging $40 for an open bag of chips.

To open the app, you need to close an add. To choose a live channel, you need to suffer through an un-skippable add. To view the stats- just the numbers of a game, you guess it. You need to close an add.

The content is live-only. There is no on-demand sports and no pausing the streams. The streams are subjected to blackouts. There are some sports documentaries you can watch, but get ready for un-skippable adds.

In essence, This is what a streaming service would look like if Fredrich Nietzsche invented something to piss you off.

P.S. If it is somehow revealed that corporate espionage and sabotage were to blame for how awful this service is, I wouldn't be surprised for an instant. I urge you to re-consider purchasing this hellish and forsaken experience.

Duthie is terrible, So negative, so I will be negative. He continues to be critical of young players at the World Junior, it's always but but. This game is terrible etc.
Now my real complaint is Duthie at the World Cup. TSN had very good commentators on their World Cup panels. They were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional. Duthie was completely out of his element, did not offer insight, ask intelligent questions to the panel and generally had a negative outlook on a very exciting event. The only good thing if Canada getting knocked out was that Duthie went home with them, so I was able to watch the rest of the tournament without wanting to break my TV screen

I installed the app and subscribed to their service so that we could watch the WJC 2023; the first game that we tried to watch was unwatchable! The feed froze repeatedly, or the screen simply went black. When trying to restart we often got error messages about the service not currently available (error 44) or unable to contact server. And then, of course, TSN's no-refund policy gives the consumer no recourse other than to never deal with them again. So disappointed.

They just charge the money no other services. Customer service is awful and do not listen to you. No matter how much you say...

TSN is the worst service I have ever had
I subscribed only for 1 month went to vacation and they charged me for next month without my request and permission. Moreover they did want to give money back referring to their policy. TSN steal money. Avoid

I picked one month subscription for the world cup, but it renewals automatically with out my permission

Apps are slow, ads still there while subscription. Not convenient, not even 4k. Remember to cancel it before subscription.

I subscribed to tsn live to watch the Habs 2023 season, every single game thus far has had "technical issues", resulting in missing a good amount of each and every game... While the monthly fee is pretty nominal in my opinion, to continue to pay it would be to support Bell Canada, which I will not do...

Do not recommend it, very low quality keeps being paused Looking for a refund not worth it… it's like what the difference of watching the pre-recorded rather than paying $20 to this scam! Fix it TSN

Signed up to watch the WC, watched a few games then had to change my password. Once I changed my password, could never access the site again. Emailed two differnet help addresses, got zero response. Also watched a WC game 2 days after it aired, the video was like 420p! Can't stream HD two days after the game aired? What decade is this?
