Just terrible, top to bottom. Multiple tech failures, inadequate and outdated streaming software even when not crashing. Worst of all streaming options (SNNOW, DAZN, FUBO) by a country mile.

Is it just me or will Gord Miller and whoever his side kick is just SHUT UP. They never shut up. Just do the play by play. NO one wants to listen to u go on and on and on and on and on and on...

Basically TSN is a scam. They take your money and don't provide any service for it. They advertise games that they don't air and they ignore you when you ask why they aren't airing. They're thieves.

I purchased the sports package through Bell. TSN is notorious for promoting hockey games and having them in the guide. When you turn to watch - "Game not available in your region"!
How are Winnipeg games and Boston games (and others) a part of "western Ontario Region".
At least SPORTSNET show the games that are in the guide and don't mislead the customer.

It's supposed to be on TSN at 4:00 pm Sunday. It isn't. The Master's golf tournament is on instead. It's also on most American TV channels. I'm not an American, I'm a Canadian. TSN is an American wanna-be, nothing more. The TSN person I spoke to in Toronto was clueless, she had no idea what she was doing. TSN is a pathetic excuse for a Canadian TV channel.

I recieved an email from TSN offering a discounted subscription, so I signed up for it. I got an email confirming it. However, it didn't work. I called support and they said while I updated my credit card my subscription didn't go through, and that the promotion had expired. So not only am I not going to subscribe with these people of no morals, I'm going to cancel my other Bell accounts as well.

I had ordered a 4 month subscription and TSN renewed automatically without a notification.
I was out of the country and unable to cancel the subscription, when I got back I was 3 days late in canceling.

TSN absolutely refused to reimburse me for the subscription even though I canceled.

TSN sucks and I will never use their service again.

Stay away from them!

No NHL games on at all tonight, how is that fking possible. 540 P quality. Can't see games already played cuz they don't have the rights according to their own tech support.

Pointless channel.

I recently purchased a TSN subscription through the online portal.

Both sporting events I have watched, an F1 race and an NHL game, only displayed in 4K for about 5-10 minutes during each broadcast. The rest of the time I got a highly pixelated, grainy HD signal. See the pic.

When I called TSN support they had trouble even looking up my account. This was in part due to the fact that the agent was located in the Philippines and there was a language barrier. It took over 30 minutes just to get my account pulled up and I had to send screen-shots of my proof of purchase and read my CC info over the phone for verification.

They then tried to say that there must be some issue with my TV or internet. Not buying it. I have a brand new Sony Bravia OLED and a solid 1GB connection and everything is updated. None of my other streaming services have any issues.

I have since submitted two "support tickets" and nobody has gotten back to me in the promised 24-48 hour window. Bell just does not care about its customers.

I did some digging online and this is a widely known issue that Bell/TSN is simply ignoring exists with no fixes in sight. I have now cancelled my TSN service and will never buy another Bell product again, they are a nightmare to deal with. You have been warned.

4 out of 5 tsn channels tonight are blackout and it's a common accuracy. Licensing is bull if I have to pay good money for nothing

These commentators were terrible from Pittsburgh! They rarely made comments about the actually game!
I look forward to the game tomorrow with actually game comments. These $#*!s need to watch the game tomorrow and learn how to do there job!

At first picture was alright along with sound then all of a sudden picture flutters and skips but sound does not skip a beat…for price its not near worth it

Quality is garbage, we're living in 2023, why does it still buffer?! Sometimes it's schedule says one thing, but then it shows sportscenter. Watching waste management final day and they have 6 channels not one of them has the final group. Absolutely terrible. This sportsnet tsn duopoly needs to end!

It is the worst provider of sports content. It is the unique provider for this content: La Liga in Canada. It is an online content but then is the same service you would get from a cable provider.
You need to watch at the time of the game and if not maybe next day if you are lucky with a lower quality resolution you might be able to watch your game.
I was not able to see the on demand again as it was not posted for the last 2 games and is for the top team in La Liga. Forget about it if you like any other team which is not in top 4 in Spain.
I'm subscribed to other services online like fubo or DAZN which would provide you the game at any time you want from the beginning even if the game is in the middle of it.
Price is similar with much better content, highlights, posibility to wach at any time and for at least a week, but service on TSN doesn't provide any of that.
I hope that some other service provider will get the deal for next year since this is not a service at this time. It is cable online in fact nothing else. You missed the game you lost it. Very very disappointed for the last 2 years no improvement.

Bell has once again found a way to rip people off (through TSN). Save your monthly subscription fee. 5 channels of the same thing or "not available in your area". Too much of analytics of sporting events and not enough of the games.

Stay away from TSN. The company is managed by grade A morons. Outsourced support services that cant do anything. Their streams continuously lags. Hard to find any contact information to report issues. Anyways. So I payed to watch the world cup, as it ended i wanted to cancel my subscription but realized that i cant because according to my account on their website, i didnt have any payed subscription, and in fact i had lost my access to live streams. So i thought to myself maybe i purchased a world cup subscription and that since the is done they canceled it for me. But then i look at my Visa records, and i was charged again for a subscription that i have no access to. I called their outsourced support team (their only support) to discuss this issue and they couldnt find anything, after a while finally they found the issue and canceled my subscription and refused to give me my money back. Basically i payed for a service that i dont even have access to. Really a crappy way to treat customers, i will never give my money to this piss of $#*! company.
I would have attached an image of the bill for my proof of purchase by i never even got that. Got charged with no invoice, probably illegal.

TSN has decided to add a data feed to live sports. They place a bulls-eye at the feet of offensive players in the case of NFL. They further add name placards behind each player and track their movement on the field of play with a coloured smear.

This is a horrible distraction from a live sports event. Sufficient that I cancelled my subscription.
