So far, the experience has been pain free.
My package was never picked up on the day that was agreed on. Huge inconvenience, as I waited from 1-5 PM. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend Transit System.
I called two days ago, Aug 3 for a quote. The woman I spoke with said she needed my email address to send me the quote. I said I didn't like to give out my email address, because then I would get a lot of unwanted messages. She assured me this would not happen, but ever since I received your email quote, now every time I turn on my computer or go to any website, there is a pop-up add from your company. Please make this stop.
I would never recommend anyone to use this service. Experience was horrible.
Your customer service is excellent. Everyone I spoke with was polite and accommodating. Mike was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I wanted to get my package out today and he made it happen.
I would use Transit Systems again and will share your information with others.

I do wish that you could perhaps provide an email reminder of some kind for unpaid invoices. It is
Easy to forget to remember to pay at time of shipment. It could avoid a lot of phone calls, unreturned phone calls, voice mail, paying bill by phone etc.
I requested a quote - 3 days and it still has not been sent. I will look for another provider.
While I provided the measurements for the piece of furniture to be moved, I received an additional invoice based on estimated weights and was told that the company had not been aware of how big and heavy the furniture was. I was told to expect a call within ten days of the furniture being picked up to schedule delivery. I never received a call and called myself. After 20+ days, I still have not scheduled delivery.
So for so good I will get back to you.

Communication was atrocious, and communication between transit and the moving company was also terrible. Information was flawed somewhere in the transfer and incredibly frustrating, which made everything late in pick up and delivery.
Steve is efficient, professional - can't ask for anything more than that!
Everyone on staff was friendly leaps and bounds above what you usually receive with customer service, and the drivers were so kind and helpful! I would recommend Transit Systems to anyone I know with something to move.

Answer: I don't think so. TSI offered the best quote out of 5 other companies
Answer: From what I can tell, a scam. They charged me $2000; confirmed a pickup date, and didnt show up. Since then they've been dodging calls and emails.
