Polite, efficient and helpful
I was charged $147 for extra weight without being notified first.
Then I had about $250 worth of damages when my things arrived.
My boxes were professionally packed and had clear visible fragile signs on 4 boxes. 3 of which were completely damaged.
The boxes arrived like they were just thrown in the truck. The worst condition.
My mattress box was almost completely ripped off by the time it arrived.
My driver also showed up an hour late from his 4 hour pickup window.
The only reason I have any stars was because of Steve's knowledge and suggestions over the phone but I guess that didn't do much good considering my things were completely ruined upon arrival.
I am new at shipping something like this and I am in Florida and the item is in California. Transit System personnel made me feel comfortable in the process and answered all of my questions about the shipment. It is the personal touch that makes all the difference is something you know nothing about. I recommend this company for your shipping needs.

Rescheduling my pick up 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the pick up window on the day you were supposed to be here is completely unprofessional. Most of those moving do not have that kind of flexibility.

You want 400 to ship a clothes dryer. I just had a truck shipped from New York to Clearwater for $750. You are crazy

I triple checked the weight of my shipment as three pieces weighing 50,55 and 65lbs/ That totals 170lbs. Oddly, your invoice claims a weight of 215lbs. So, we look forward to the weigh in upon arrival. It was not raining when it was picked up. I was there.
That is a substantial discrepancy.
The contact staff and moving staff were very professional and friendly. They were able to help me assess my moving needs and were accommodating as to date/time. Highly recommend them.
I have never heard of this they wanted full payment before they had a truck for the pick-up
