From the first email to my last request, this company answered immediately and was courteous and professional. Thank you very much TSI.
TSI was the most difficult and aloof company I have ever worked with. At every phone call the customer service rep was short and belittling with me. They have no system of telling you when your package is going to arrive at its destination as their tracking system is apparently inaccurate according to one rep I spoke with. Beyond that they'll hold your package at one of their distribution facilities without ever telling you where it or when it'll be leaving. My package was held at a facility in LA for three days doing absolutely nothing before they even called to schedule a delivery date. Chances are, I want my package delivered as soon as it gets to it's destination,TSI. This company is full of excuses and claims 'act of god' whenever things are taking longer than they should be. If you can find any other company for long distance large shipments I highly recommend you go there first.

Dishonest and uncommunicative customer service. Charged our account without permission and promised to pack our goods for free. The reneged on the promise to pack our mattress for free
Arranging for shipment was easy as could be. Pick-up was swift and professional and the shipment arrived -
halfway across the country - more quickly than I'd expected and in excellent condition.

TSI is an amazing service. They are professional, courteous and helpful. If any glitches come up, they immediately work things out. Tom and Richard are sensitive to the customers needs, and they are excellent communicators.
I requested a quote and received a reply that it would be provided "shortly"... seven (7) hours later I got a quote for $435 to move a BBQ 45 miles!
