I shipped a dining room table, 6 chairs, coffee table, and 2 boxes from Reno to Seattle. TSI lost one of the boxes and is still "looking for it". Communication is all one-sided; if I do not call, I hear nothing about the progress of finding my items. I would not recommend this service.

I hired TSI to move a piano that has tremendous sentimental value for my family, after having a very poor experience with another company. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and amount of time it took for the transport and delivery. Instead of 20 days it took just shy of 60. Ridiculous for the fee I paid. No updates during the process. Would not use the service again.

Delivery men were great

I appreciate TSI's handling of a pickup and delivery. Customer service was helpful and professional the entire way and the delivery was on time and conducted with care. All pieces were protected and delivered in good condition.

I was glad I found you because I had such a small amount to get from LA to Texas. It was nice there was someone who could coordinate with my son and his schedule without me trying to do it from the middle. Everything arrived in perfect shape.

You guys were really expensive, but no different than a competitor I checked. I also was pretty surprised to have to pay the whole thing up front. Otherwise, we thought the whole experience was seamless.
