I had to move my parents old grandfather clock from Colorado Springs to south Texas. It was too large for any aircraft serving us in nearby airports. You were my only solution. I could NOT be happier with the service I received. Max Huber explained everything to many. (promote him he made this so easy) The company that delivered it to me (sorry, I forgot the name) was excellent. Your service was first rate. Thank you so much

I contacted TSI via online and Carol Tract contacted me. She was professional and very nice. We worked out the details, and she stated the furniture I was shipping would be scheduled for pick up within 2 - 4 week, which it was picked up in just over 2-weeks. It was delivered the following week to me. The furniture was completed wrapped and covered, so as to not damage it in shipping, which was very much appreciated. The delivery drivers were friendly and efficient. They made sure they placed the furniture where I needed it, made sure I was pleased with their service, and then were on their way. Not that I ever want to move again, but if I did, I would use TSI. Thank you for making this such an easy process.

You service was terrific and movers very efficient and polite. Most helpful was you phone representative, or scheduler. She had all the information I needed to decide if your service fit our needs, she clearly communicated all additional information that may be helpful to the customer in making the move easier and most efficient, and was available and answered questions when I called as the process went on. She was amazing!

I was told I would receive my bed in 4 to 6 business days and it took two and a half weeks and at one point they told me it was lost. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and will never use it again. I chose this company because of house fast I was going to get my bed and it turned into a disaster. Honestly, I feel I should refunded some money since my mastress came with oil stains.

My initial experience was very good. However, I was told the delivery would be done by December 31st. I learned that my mattress arrived by December 26th. When I did not receive my mattress I contacted the company and was told that they wouldn't do any deliveries on the 31st. I was given a date of delivery in January which was inaccurate. It arrived in good shape but the stops and starts of delivery and the poor communication was not what I expected. In fact the people in your office provided different information than the delivery company. My scores would have been higher for the sales department.

TSI made this shipment easy and it was inexpensive (less than half the cost) compared to what it would have cost to rent a small uhaul and travel 800 miles. Everyone I had contact with, beginning from getting the quote to it being delivered was pleasant and made it simple. The driver showed up on time to pick it up and it was delivered a day earlier than expected. I would use TSI again for any big shipments.

The shipment was damaged in transit and never delivered to our customer. It was a very expensive mattress and we lost a lot of money on this. Thankfully TSI returned our money for the shipment. There was a 4 day stretch that they did not know where the shipment was and I could not get an answer as to where it was. Not a very good experience.

I shipped my mother's 75 hope chest to her only granddaughter. I had checked various national moving services and was shocked that I would need to pay a high minimum, regardless of what I shipped. I was very happy to find TSI online. The chest shipped sooner than I expected and the day of pick up went very smoothly. The chest was delivered about a week later from California to Texas. I was very happy to complete this project and was very pleased that I found TSI.

We shipped a mattress and couple of box springs from CA to TX that came in absolutely destroyed. The cardboard boxes were peeled off, the box springs had the metal frames bent to pieces and stabbing through the fabric. With all the positive feedback online we felt like our case had to be an exception. I reached out to customer service about filing insurance claim ($0.10 per lb so no money at all but still) and we discussed the condition of the packages. Jessica was my representative and she made everything better in one email. She assured me this was not acceptable or standard and sent us a gift card without hesitation or request. Solid customer service and empathy fixed a poor experience immediately. Would use TSI again with no worries. Thanks again to Jessica for the professionalism and save.

I had both a bad and a good experience with your shipping company. The first shipment of my item brought me a box that was nearly destroyed and crushed and hastily wrapped up with plastic to hold it together. My item was damaged and had to be reshipped by the company. The second time I received it the box was pristine. It was my first experience with your shipping company so I guess I have mixed reviews but it all turned out fine in the end...
