From the very first phone call I received incredible expert advice and service. Once I booked my shipment I was kept informed via email and via phone calls as to the status and what to expect. As this was my first experience with using a shipping company to transport antique furniture and possessions from CA to CO due to my parents passing, all was handled with the utmost care and respect. I didn't have to worry about anything as everything was explained to me in detail and the delivery date was met as promised. Each individual I spoke to was an expert in their field and allayed any concerns or worries I had. I will definitely use TSI and recommend them to any friends and family who need this type of service. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the cube services where one has to do all their own container packing. I preferred to leave it to the experts in shipping. Extremely disappointed for several reasons. 1st our mattress boxes were scheduled to be picked up on Tuesday, 11-6-18 between 2:00-6:00 PM. No one ever showed up and we received no calls. After hours attempting to get ahold of someone we finally were able to speak with a dispatcher of the logistics company that was hired by TSI the next day who said that the truck went to a different address but no one called us. Finally our boxes were picked up on the afternoon of Wednesday, 11-7-18 which put us late for our departure from California. It took several calls and emails to finally get a response from Jessica, the representative of TSI who had no resolution for this situation.

Once our mattresses arrived to our destination, the boxes were destroyed and a fork lift had actually ripped open one of the boxes and went through the top of one of our mattresses. The driver took pictures and so did we. We called Jessica and expressed our anger and we were told that we did not have insurance. When we told her that we were never offered insurance she stated that she couldn't recall that conversation and that was her fault but there was nothing she could do at this point. We asked to speak with a manager and per Jessica, her manager, Adam told her this was her mistake and that she needed to deal with it. It is now 2 weeks later and after several requests we have NO communication from management and Jessica is only able to refund the shipping cost. We now have a $2,000 damaged mattress that they will not assist in replacing even though this was Jessica's lack of capability of offering insurance to her customer.

Needed a large item picked up in New York and shipped to Florida. Needed truck to have lift gate. Spoke with agent there (I think her name was Jessica or Jennifer) and she gave me all the info I needed. I was so glad there was a service like this out there! If I had one complaint, it is that I specifically told the hours that the facility that the item was being shipped and that the driver needed to deliver the item during those specific hours. That did not happen and the driver arrived 3 hours after closing time. Also, the item was several days late on the delivery. I would use again, however, I know now that delivery doesn't always arrive exactly in the time frame given and during the hours given. Otherwise, they got the job done and Jessica was very nice to work with.
