Super satisfied! I needed to do a judicial search, civil trials of my ex wife! Trusthfinder provided me with a unique experience, where I could solve all these issues without a headache from home! In a timely manner I got what I wanted, safely, honestly and cleanly! I have already recommended it to many friends and they have all returned with good references! Thank you for the service provided!

Nothing you can't just find out for free by doing some google searches, other sites charge way less and will give you the same information, also its not all inclusive considering the price you will pay, not worth it, if you want to do an email or phone search they charge you extra for that, if you are already taking about $30 from your customers while some other sites charge half or even less than half, then at least have it all inclusive, its not worth it, go for cheaper sites and save your money, or if you diligent enough then just do some digging yourself.

Nearly a year ago I had a significant need to run a check on someone who was behaving badly in a business transaction. The report I received from Truthfinders confirmed my worst suspicions and caused me to terminate my business relationship with this individual. I would offer 5 stars for this and more if I could. My 3 stars however, are a result of just realizing 9 months later, that I have been charged nearly $30 a month ever since I ran that report. I understand now, in retrospect, that the "free report" involved firstly, my being less than aware that I had actually subscribed, and secondly, my not remembering to cancel if I chose not to continue this membership that I didn't know I had taken. From the day I requested that one and only report, I have not had a single word of communication from Truthfinders; Not so much as a single email asking how I was enjoying their service, if I found it to be helpful, reminding me what a great company they are; Not one communication that would have alerted me to the fact that I had, and was paying for their membership. This just doesn't seem right to me. I understand this is totally my fault, but it makes me wonder how many other busy people are out there unaware that they are needlessly spending their hard earned money on a membership they don't know they have. I truly believe that people of good intentions communicate, and to debit my credit card each and every month yet not send me even so much as a thank you for my patronage, or a Merry Christmas email, seems a little shady to me. For this reason I have cancelled, and will not use your service again.

Looked myself up No surprises. Surprises by added costs. I did it just out of curiosity. I would use your service if I was in property management.

This service is a royal pain in the elbow. The interface pretends it is doing a deep search and is about to give you a detailed report, and promises that you will be 'surprised' if you think the person doesn't have a criminal record. It makes you click 'continue' at least six times, and tick lots of consent boxes... but in the end they won't let you see anything unless you give them $24 by credit card. It's a huge waste of time.

Truth finder answered many questions I had about the person I searched. Definitely opened my eyes to a situation I definitely didn't want a part of! Thanks truthfinder!

I have called Customer service numerous times regarding my account, about billing, passwords, differences between plan. I even took a break from using the service and the person who took my call wished me luck and stated that ' We are here for the customer, and if you ever need us again we are always happy to help". I have reactivated my account since and have spoken with Customer Service since then and their is no change in their eagerness to help me.

I spoke with Alex in customer service he was very prompt and friendly. He took care if all my questions and concerns. Great customer service.

I joined to see if I could find some public records on a friend's boyfriend. I already knew more than what the search came back with. The address was very old and there was a few things marked NO, such as a bankrupt event that happened years ago that was not on their report either. Total waste of money.

It gave me enough information to update addresses of high school friends. There were some I could not find that I was successful with on other sites while they didn't have other information I found here. The cancellation process was easy once my research was complete. I also found it useful to see information about the neighborhoods.

Great service gets better each year in format of reports in timeline and complete info. It really helped make clear what is going on in someone's life.

I did get the most information from this website. I had a question and called them. They were very polite and helpful. I would use them again if needed.

I am a recruiter and need to find candidates that I've lost track of. This is a very good site. It's not always totally correct but pretty close. One of my clients can not hire anyone with a felony and this is a quick check to make sure there is nothing like that in their background.

I have really enjoyed getting into truthfinder.com. I had lost contact with a lot of friends and was fun to find them again. Also some classmates that I had graduated with back in 1964. I found a few relatives of my husband's family that he had lost contact with. I didn't care about what car they owned or what their house was worth. That wasn't important to me. If I saw something on their records like bankruptcy, I didn't care and was not going to tell anyone, because I figured they wouldn't anyone to know their private life. I am just glad I have a way of tracking down family and friends.
I live in Wisconsin and have lived here for 48 years. I am 76 years old and have 3 married daughters and 6 grandkids. I am glad I found this website, because I would not have been able to find family and friends without it. My sister, who lives in Colorado, told me about this website. She uses it to find classmates because she is the one who sets up the class reunions.
