I was searched many times this website. They gave me adviced and choices hotels, its so great and excellent hotel even is cheapest price in your budget. Keep it up & continue your good work. Tnx so much TripAdvidor!

I live in Aussie and have been using them for checking hotels all over Asia and for things to do in the area. I really like the site. I also use them for reviews of restaurants and cafes in my area and find it very helpful.

There's noone to answer your questions when you most need it

They are supposed to give information you can count on and they do that.

The great thing about trip advisor is you get real time reviews of other travelers experiences. The good the bad the ugly.
When your traveling there's nothing worse than having bad service or misguided information. Trip advisor really tells us all.

TripAdvisor are an excellent company to help you research destinations, hotels, tours and prices. I do not book any trips without first seeking reviews on TripAdvisor so that I know what to expect.

If I find something on another site, I will always review TripAdvisor as well, and usually persuaded by their advise. Some reviews are waaaaay different to individual sites. I stay clear of those bookings that are so different (better than) to TripAdvisor.
I also like the way that you can also see prices of many sites on TripAdvisor.

As a business owner it was a bad buy to sign up for their annual service that offers also booking through Tripadvisor. They are not up to the task neither technologically or strategically. I had 0 traffic in sales. Price tag is high for what they offer. Stick with the review panes only. It is free and adds value to your business.

Great site because you get feedback from real customers on their experiences.

As a business owner on TA and listed, they have absolutely zero credibility when it comes to verifying reviews for listings. As a merchant they can allow fake reviews ( which incidentally are ALWAYS the highest rated/ liked/ helpful, even if they are fake. 5* reviews for some businesses Ie competitors are also fake and not verified.
BEWARE OF TA.

Good site for homeowners to list properties with no additional fees to renters or owners. Some issues with uploading pictures, but overall great site! I've had several inquiries and they offer a free trial period for listing.

I do all my bookings after reading the reviews. They are very helpful for the overview. Keep up the good work.

I am a travel enthusiast, recently found this site, it's very easy to find my hotel information saves me a lot of time. And this site has a separate application app, always convenient!

I have used this website to get an accurate review for many vacation spots. The advice and reviews always come in handy and have proven to be very useful. I have also seen hotels improve their services because they want to keep a high rating with trip advisors because they know it will get them more business.

My only complaint about TripAdvisor is that it's seemingly impossible to search for and review businesses that don't fit into the categories (e.g. Hotel, car rental, etc). I wanted to review booking.com but couldn't find a way to do that.

Otherwise, I like their website.

I will look up this website whenever I am planning for a vacation. The comments from previous visitors sometimes even with photos help me decide if that is the place or destination I want to visit. Click Things to Do the website will list down the attractions one can visit. It saves me a lot of time doing research on the destination I am planning to visit.
