Horrible

Never will I order again. The quality of the 8 purses are very poor. Cannot resale, will not return them, it's not worth the $56.00 to ship them back.

I am beyond excited to receive so many items for such a low cost. Endless selection of options - There really is something here for everyone and more! It is easy for me to spend a long time browsing new styles on Trendsgal haha. New items added every day and always great promotions with huge discounts on most popular items. Love the cute beach coverups and summer dresses. I carefully check size charts and try to select things I know will look good on my body type. I receive compliments often on my fashion from this store and happily recommend Trendsgal. Very quick and polite customer service. No issues with shipping, delivery was quick.

Still waiting
June 30, 2017

Ordered different makeup brushes to try out about 10 days ago and have still not received anything so if you order something through trendsgal know that you will have to wait for awhile before you receive your items. I ordered some other brushes off of amazon after trendsgal and they have already come in.

MERCHANDISE:
I ordered a dress on Trendsgal, which was just as described and which fit nicely. It was shipped the day after I ordered it.

DELIVERY:
Arrival to my destination, however, was extremely slow. I thought my item had gone missing, which was the reason I contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered the item in mid-November and received it 5 months later in late April. CUSTOMER SERVICE was a gem. They promptly responded -- by the next day -- and quickly straightened everything out.

I don't think the late arrival time was the fault of Trendsgal, however. There seemed to be some sort of problem between Canada Post and Asian post offices during that time. Hopefully, this was just a one time anomaly.

SHIPPING:
Shipping fees were very reasonable, as was shipping insurance -- far more reasonable even than shipping an item from a U.S. store to my home in Canada. I recommend buyers add shipping insurance to their orders for an extra $1.27 US or so, which gives extra peace of mind. I'm glad they provide this option to customers and at such a reasonable price.

WEBSITE:
I like the layout of the website and the fact that TrendsGal tries to provide as much helpful information as possible about the clothes -- even the measurements of the models. If Trendsgal could also include the laundry instructions for its items, that would be perfect.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
With my delivery issue, they were very courteous and quick to respond. I think their ticket system for dealing with customer questions is wonderful; it ensures that each issue gets a response, and I wish more stores had a system like this.

I had a great experience!

I'm very pleased and happy with the experience! I had question for the support team and they were very helpful and answered all of them. It was so easy to order! I got all of my items in one box but they were wrapped separately and with care. I got them in ten days since ordering. They are all good quality and true to it's size. Great site to shop at

My unbiased review of Trendsgal is that it is truly a great discount site to shop at. The quality of the products I have purchased (order no. GG**************) have been top of the class. I would recommend this site to anyone!

The shipping is fast, depending on the shipping method they use. My DHL packages came within a week from when they were shipped out. Only downside is you are responsible for the custom fee but considering the savings you get from the purchased items, its worth it. Another downside is the processing time.

As for customer service, the response time is pretty standard (approx. 24hrs from your posting your question unless you happen to be on the same timezone or post during their working hours). They truly go out of their way to guarantee your satisfaction and I really appreciate that.

Ordered a spoon rest from them on 5/12. Still have yet to receive it. Finally after waiting three weeks I went on to Amazon and ordered one and got my spoon rest from them in two days. I no longer even want their spoon rest anymore and I will never do business with this company again. I will stick to Amazon or even Ebay. At least with those sites I get my stuff in a reasonable time frame and Amazon especially has good prices for their items. I can no longer stand this company, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Two months to wait for an item is way, way, way too long. I finally received a refund for my item around July 12th. I am still angry about this issue.

Recent customer since 2017. First I ordered 3 items as a test. Was satisfied by one item but consider other 2 items were smaller than expected. For those I contacted Customer service and got partial refunds for both items. So did a 2nd order of 9 items - for each item I took one or 2 size up compared to my regular size. Was very satisfied (quality, style and size) by 8 items / 9. For the 9th item, again contacted Customer service and got partial refund. Experience has been excellent and will continue to purchase items there

I got the wrong size in an item, they gave me a refund and let me keep the product, outside of that, the clothes are amazing are they respond to you quickly. This is my 3rd time shopping and wont stop

Hi I'm a current costumer of trendsgal and have used some sights like it. I notice a lot of you are saying that you cannot track your shipment from the trendsgal website. I cant either, but I found the solution. If you go onto Zaful, which is another website that I have ordered from, they have a tracking website they use,

If you use this website and put in your order number, you should be able to track your package!

Trendygal, please get my order to me in a decent amount of time. All of these negative reviews are making me nervous. The clothes are so pretty and the prices are great. If Im not let down by month long or more delivery times then theres no way I wont order again.

Ordered a sweater on 4/6/17. Has not come in. They want me to wait until 6/7 to see if it come in because it is coming "international surface mail" which is slower. I'm sorry but 2 months to wait for a delivery?!? That sweater was ordered for an event a month ago! I've asked them for a refund and they will not do so until after 6/7 if it does not come in. At this point, I don't even want the sweater anymore!

Last spring had horrible experience with trendsgal they are the worst website to buy anything from. Took several months to receive my stuff. The tracking system is fake. Im happy to see others are reading our reviews and moving on to honest and customer friendly websites instead of trendsgal. By the way by the time I received the cheaply made clothes, the sizes are not right. Bought 5 shirts now use them all as rags for around the house! Thank you sitejabber for getting the word out just wished I knew about you before placing that order with trendsgal...

Love It

Have recently discovered online shopping for fashion on this site. Their array of clothing is gorgeous. Overall I'm pleased with the styles, fabrics and colours available. The pricing is inexpensive. The only issue I had was item in order G************** the sizing was too small on one item but it was the size I ordered. However as soon as I submitted a ticket the reply was immediate and the customer service was fast, efficient and effective. They make every effort to look after their customers so really I cant effuse enough about this web site.

My shirts say XL, but are tiny. The system to communicate doesnt work. I cant return or get a refund,, TERRIBLE SYSTEM. They have since agreed to replace my items. I am satisfied with their solution.
