I ordered from them weeks in advance for a part for a Halloween costume. I paid by credit card, but had to wait several days after for them to acknowledge payment to ship. Then they claimed it was sent, but both postal companies said they didn't have it. It didn't ship until right about Halloween. Despite their website implying shipping is 7-9 days, expect an actual time of about 3-5 weeks.

Terrible Customer Service

The first order I placed with them everything went well. But the second order has been horrifying. For some reason Trendsgal had me jumping through hoops to follow their instructions and it didn't make any sense. I am a reseller so it is important to get the items I need. Three items in this order were damaged. And one of my most popular items were left out of the order. I called customer service and their response was very strange. The representative asked me for the sku and when I gave it to her off of their email she said it was the wrong sku. Then I gave her the name of the item for the second time and she said she still didn't know what I was talking about. She said she would send me an email and I asked her why when I was providing the information she needed. She said it was the wrong sku and she needed to send me an email. So I sent them an email with the picture of the item (per their instructions). And she said she didn't receive the email. And then she asked did I need anything else and hung up the phone. I later received a response to my email indicating that they would respond in 24 hours (unless it was a holiday). Then within 24 hours another response was sent and the email said they needed me to press a link and then they would respond in another 24 hours (unless it was a holiday). I will respond but this process is ridiculous.

I must say, I am upset none of the items I needed arrived. What's even more upsetting there were hair pieces order for my wedding. If you were not going to send the full order. You should have notified me before sending.The items that were sent cost less than the amount I paid in shipping and customs fees! Imagine, you received $10 worth of merchandise but have to spend $88.47 for shipping and custom fee. This is insane! If you are sending out an incomplete order that cost 80 times more to ship. The two wigs received were matted and in a dirty DHL bag. The only decent item was a shirt. The other items had to be thrown out. As I would not waste my money trying to send back your garbage, you sent to my house. This was first time shopping with you and it was a horrendous experience. Now you have stated it will take 7-14days to return my money for the, merchandise that did not ship? It did not take that long for you received my money. Return it sooner please along with the ridiculous amount I have paid for shipping and customs. What is wrong with you people?!

Ordered my stiff for my store. Never got it! Was double charged, then they asked for a photo of my drivers license and credit card. Then I found $500 worth of charges initiated by this site on my card. RIP OFF! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RIPPED OFF AND NEVER GET YOUR ORDER!

Do not order from this company! They marketed a product as "ships within 3 business days" I paid for expedited shipping to get the item here before Halloween. They shipped it almost a week after I ordered it, not 3 days, and the item was coming in November 2nd. I have still yet to receive the item and when I asked them for a full refund they said they are unable to do so and could only offer me less than a 1/3 of what I paid for an item I still haven't received almost a month later. They said that the item was in backorder even though it said in stock and ships within 3 days... and it still says that on the website. This is a very disorganized and dishonest company. Do not waste your time or your money.

Horrible experience!

I placed my order on 10/3/17, by 10/13 I hadnt heard anything or recieved any email in regards to shipping. I ordered 16 items for a total of 46 dollars and 50+ dollar "expedited shipping." The website says 7-10 business days processing at most. I called after 7:30 CT because they are located in China, you cant get anyone on the phone until late. I spoke to a girl who told me my order would be shipped out within 2 days. I reluctantly decided to wait, another 5 days pass and i finally called back, I was told this time my order was just shipped and they couldnt cancel my order because their warehouse has no phone number. I recieved a tracking number to my trendsgal account the next day which only stated a label was created on 10/3. On 10/23 I finally recieved my order and the close are NOTHING like what the pictures show, the worst product was a deep read sweater as described on their site that was more like 2 pieces of purple felt sewn together with no hemlines. Now i have to pay to ship this junk back and hope for a refund in 7-14 business days. BUYER BEWARE!

where is my order??

Placed an order on 26 September and here it is Oct 24th and STILL NO PRODUCT!!! I have emailed them twice, once on 9 Oct and again on 22 Oct to ask where it is, and I get a canned reply. I looked all over for a phone number and cant find one to call customer support and cancel it. We ordered beautiful pillow cases for a room remodel and THESE ARE THE ONLY THINGS we are waiting on, and the first things we ordered. all orders from Amazon, Walmart, ebay have all arrived, but not these. I only rated then a 1, for CUSTOMER service and user friendliness on getting answers. I don't know what the products look like yet CUZ I DONT HAVE THEM.

They don't even deserve one star. I placed a order and 8 days later it still hadn't been shipped out. So I emailed and asked why it had not yet been shipped. They replied and said my order was ready for shipping. 3 days later it had still not been shipped so I emailed and asked for a refund. They replied and told me they are sorry for the delay and that 2 of the items I had order they didn't ha e because the manufactoror had stopped making them and that I could order something else or get a refund. I am disgusted that they told me my order was ready for shipping when they didn't have everything I order. I will never order from this company again they are very unprofessional

My few cents

I'm reading some of these reviews and some just don't seem fair. I've been shopping on the site for over a year and have had great exsperiances. I buy things within reason and givin that this is clothing store that drop ships for other popular clothing websites, ask yourself how bad can it be? I buy dresses from them all the time. I order a size up of course like a lot of other websites. The quality is great and there are reviews of each piece of clothing on their website along with pictures from buyers. The only thing that doesn't make me happy is that I wish they had more clothes.

No refunds and no T&Cs

Hard to find anything about refunds on the website - all the details on their warranty and returns page reads as 'no problem' so one expects a refund without issue. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. Shipping, insurance etc are not covered, and only 30% of the cost of the product itself will be refunded. This is utterly awful, but it's more that this isn't explicitly stated on their refunds page, than that it is their policy in the first place, that makes this an issue.
Utter waste of time. Product was poorly sized, different colour, cheap material, unwearable and now I've lost the money on it because I am not paying to ship something back for more than the cost of the refund!

This site is a scam! I signed up and now I'm on an email list I can't get out of, they sent me a coupon code that "doesn't apply" because of a promotion lol are you kidding? I added two dresses to my cart and at first I thought I would be getting a deal but then they hit you with $10-$25+ for shipping! The site looks nice but something smelled fishy to me. I will just go to Forever21 and pay a little more. Don't get scammed! I don't think anything good can come from ordering from Trendsgal.

NO. Never again.

No, just no. Stay away. I placed an order on September 25th and paid $17.99 for expedited shipping (3-7 days), and today is October 13th (almost 3 weeks has gone by) and the package HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED OUT. So apparently, the total delivery time = processing time + shipping time, and according to the website, the processing time normally takes about 4 days and if there's any issues with the order, they are supposed to email you. I did not get any email from Trendsgal regarding my order (they should have at least notified me about the significant delay) and it's just ridiculous to take this long to process a freaking order for two single clothing items (one of which I needed for my dance performance). On top of that, it is SO hard to get ahold of a customer representative. I tried leaving a voice message, sending an email, requesting an online chat- nothing. Yesterday, I had to dial their number 11 times before finally getting connected to a human person so I could cancel my order. First, they told me they would send me an email confirming the cancellation within a couple hours but they never did, and the next day (today), I logged into the website only to see that the order status was still "processing." I had to call the customer service again many many times to finally speak with another rep and I made sure I received the cancellation email before I let her go. SO MUCH EFFORT. Do not bother ordering from this awful, incompetent company. It's not worth it.

Fraudulent Company

Please do not patronise Trendsgal, they offer ridiculous prices to lure innocent buyers. I placed an order of 24 items costing USD 300. Firstly, I received 3 shirts which were micro small for an XL- valued at 25 USD. Months gone by still waiting for the rest item only for them to reply me saying the delivery company could not find my address so they destroyed the product; this is the funniest and most stupid excuse ever. How did they deliver the first 3? I live in Germany not some remote country. They said the situation is usually without compensation but for me they will refund 43 USD. Therefore, I lost USD 230 because I was trying to save. Now I only buy from online European companies, saves me the whole stress and money. Trendgal like most of the online Chinese stores are fraud. The good reviews here am sure are not from really people.

Terrible, just awful!

I ordered 6 items thankfully through paypal because I question the legitimacy of this company. All 6 items were cheap and disgraceful not suitable to be worn by decent civilized humans. Yes the prices are cheap the shipping is high. This is a wholesale site so the costs are suppose to be low. I figured I would buy 6 items to check out this site prior to placing large orders for my business. The order was a total of $60 including shipping so not a huge loss. However, I could not believe the products they shipped me - smelled like toxic waste (one dress a lace off the shoulder), one dress had rust stains all over the back, one jacket looked NOTHING liked the pic they just made a cheap looking replica - copied the print and put it on a shiny polyester material and called it a jacket, WTH! The other items were made of cheap material, poorly constructed and oddly shaped.

They have no legitimate address, number, and even on paypal its only listed under Ivan with some other company name, with a google email and number that doesn't work which paypal has listed as unverified. This company does not appear to be legit. If you dare order from this place ONLY DO SO THROUGH PAYPAL. Other buyers on their facebook page said they never received their items and can't even login on to their page even though their card has been charge. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent customer Service

Due to my long working hours and hectic schedule with my kids, shopping is out of the question. A friend introduced me to online shopping. Looking for an online store that is economical, easy to shop and has everything one may need, I came across Trendsgal. This online store is exactly what I've been looking for.

I enjoy shopping at Trendsgal, it's convenient for me. However, I purchase two feminine watches a gold and a black. Unfortunately, the gold changed colour with two weeks and the black fell apart, the handles broke off and the glass fell off. Upon rating the watches and providing Trendsgal a review about the watches, I was most impress with the speedily response to my situation. Trendsgal compensated me 300 T-points in which I didn't expect but I am really happy that they valued me this much!
