Paid top dollar for Japanese maple and oak leaf hydrangea. Plants arrived and literally looked like plants you'd find on the discount rack at Lowe's.
Maple was over 300 dollars and looks like a twig. Hydrangea were 3 gallon and trimmed down to look like a small 1 gal shrub, that cost 100 dollars.
The tree came in the time frame quoted. Instructions were clear and thorough. We planted the tree as directed and hopefully, it will grow and grow and make beautiful apples.
Plant came dry due to delivery delay. Item was replaced within a few days.
Great website... but you might take a look at your zone filter. I cannot seem to get my filtered results to just my zone. One tree may not make the winter...
Fed Ex waits until it is the hottest part of the afternoon to deliver live plants and then refuses to even ring the doorbell so that you know they are sitting in the heat. Also, obviously they cannot read. The package plainly said LIVE PLANTS-lay flat-THIS SIDE UP. The box was NOT laying flat-it was standing on-end and when I opened it, I discovered that it had been turned upside down and most of the soil had come off the rootball and was loose in the bag. I kid you not.

The tree I received was not in great shape. Very sparse and a lot of leaves had fallen off. I contacted them on this and although their method of email communication was awkward and inconsistent, they did manage to give me a small refund as compensation. Hopefully the tree will regain its health and grow.
Ordered and received an Anna Apple tree, which arrived dead due to Fed Ex holding it for the weekend in darkness. They shipped another one promptly with arrived with no issues and was planted and doing well.
Plants were of promised size and healthy. They were packed and watered properly. Very satisfied. Would purchase from this company again.
The tree arrived in terrible condition with no leaves on it, and bugs in the roots. It was topped off to make it the advertised height. I sent two messages regarding the bugs, with NO returned messages to help me deal with the problem!

I planted an American Sycamore Tree in late August 2021. In less than three weeks after planting, the tree is covered with new growth. I can't wait to see how it does next spring. FastGrowingTrees.com has delivered everything as promised. They offer many choices of fine trees suitable for my area. I look forward to planting more of their trees.
We ordered 2 Russian pomegranate trees. They arrived healthy and green. I am very satisfied. We plan on ordering more trees in the future.
Too tall for my area, They were supposed to grow only to about 20 feet
The order I received was not correct (sad), but the customer service was wonderful (happy), so I give them 5 stars. They weren't able to correct my order due to being out of stock, but they did refund me, which I really appreciate. I've bought previously from them and my order was perfect. Accidents happen, I just really appreciate a company who makes it right. I'd order again.

I ordered a tree and 3 bushes. The package came quickly and was packed well. When I opened everything up one of the bushes looked iffy. I took pictures and contacted customer service that same day and they responded, validated my concern, and resolved the issue by sending me a new bush… all within 24hrs. I am really happy with my experience and look forward to watching my plants grow in the years to come!
Trees arrived quickly and in good condition. Purchased and applied recommended fertilizer. Will see if they grow fast!

Selection was good and the buying and shipping were very good. Pricey but so be it. My only complaint would be getting a request for comments in the first month. I have no idea at this point in time if the trees will transplant successfully or not - thus the title - time will tell. Ask me again next spring and I will give a much better informed answer.
We ordered 3 Apple trees from FGT. They arrived well packaged and very rapidly. 1 tree had top branches broken though. 1 telephone call and we had a replacement in 3 days. I wouldn't hesitate to make further purchases from FGT.
