Trees arrived in good condition. Customer service was excellent

I needed specific varieties to cross pollinate a tree I already purchased. Your offering of apple varieties was extensive and met my needs. When my order arrived one tree's root system was well protected and properly packaged. The second variety I ordered did not have its root ball well contained and the media associated with the root ball easily fell away. So I've planted both trees and am carefully nursing them to be sure the one that was compromised roots out well.

Excellent service. I purchased red double roses and I planted them in the front of my home, and I already have some blooms, and they are very attractive.

The plants arrived two weeks after ordering. I did not realize the plants were coming to Oregon from North Carolina. That is a lot to ask of plants/trees. I would have looked for a nursery closer to home.
The ginko tree was in great shape. The dappled willow was good, too. The hydrangea was pitiful and I had to trim most of the dead leaves and branches back. The three knockout roses looked similar to middle of winter roses bushes, almost dormant, which is fine for planting.

It is great to plain the trees this year for our family hobbies

The tree that was purchased was to be planted for a memorial. The tree arrived on time, as promised, and was in excellent condition.

I was pleased at the selection and prices available. The plants arrived quickly. They did not look as healthy as I had hoped -- with yellowed and spotted leaves. I have planted them and they seem ok so far.

Very Good. It has plants I wanted but could not find else where. For example, Myrtle and red hydrangea plants. One plant came dried out but they promptly replaced with another which was good.

Spruce trees were a little raggedy looking, but hopefully they'll shape up and look better than that do now.

I ordered 10 trees, they came well packaged and shipped quickly. I did have 3 that turned brown, but customer service was on it and replaced those trees.

My Cherry tree came well packaged and looked beautiful. I planted it immediately. Within days, it had new growth. Can't wait to watch this beauty grow.

My avocado tree was damaged in the shipment and did my best to try to help it….
Well it didn't make it and we called and talk to a very nice girl and explained about the tree. We are trying again and hopefully won't get damaged! They were very easy to work with……. Thank you

This is my third tree experience, when I had my with and garden that was my peaceful place. I can enjoy that again with my fast growing tree.
