We received the trees that are not healthy and even after planting it for couple of weeks and following all the instructions it still looks the same. I reported that to the customer service team with pictures. I am looking for the refund as I don't want to ever buy anything from Fast Growing Trees and will not recommend anyone to do that.

We had wanted to plant a Blue spruce during my father's memorial service so the delivery was time sensitive. The tree arrived very quickly within three days after placing the order and in excellent condition. We were able to plant it during the service and it is thriving now in our backyard.

The trees came in nicely packages. Well protected.

Tree arrived with broken branches. I called to activate warranty and to let them know of arrival condition. The calling cue said wait time was long and press the key to have them call back. I did as requested and now 2 weeks later no one has called. We planted the tree but it does not look healthy.

I ordered trees from here after a few Google searches. I thought great, I can get large trees delivered. Upon receipt of the 3 trees, 1 was alive, 1 was half dead and the other was dead. I called in, was told to send pictures, so I did, and I've heard nothing back.

My last order and their replacement were damaged upon arrival. The instructions on the package clearly said to lay flat. If FedEx followed the instructions there wouldn't have been any problem. FedEx stood the package on one end, on both orders, so both pots were on one end, crushing the plants. I gave up making a claim on the replacement. I am nursing one plant and may make it. The other I am not sure. What a waste.

Impeccable service and healthy plants. They will make things right ASAP if there's a problem.

Crispy leaves all fell off despite watering diligently. I'm as stressed as my plants

I ordered a pair of Jefferson hazelnut trees and they came very quickly and they were in perfect condition. I was very happy with the condition of the trees, how they were packed, and the instructions that came with them. I will be using this service again.

Delivery was perfect know damage to evergreens. Planted them with in 2 day's after Delivery, so far so good, planted 8 evergreens in a row to block neighbors, very happy...

Easy to order and pay with PayPal. The tree arrived in good condition and was as described however it has only been in the ground a few weeks so I have to reserve judgment until I see how it grows.

IWas afraid it was dead when it came but once the gardener planted it it's starting to bud so I'm happy thank you

The tree was well packaged and in good shape when it arrived. The height was at or a little above what I expected. It has been in the ground now for about 10 days and is looking OK. Hope next spring it comes alert and looks to be established and growing.

I emailed customer service. They told me to send pictures and then said they said to water them and they should survive. They didn't look like the pictures.

2 house plants were held up in the delivery process, 1 was back-ordered. The 2 that I received were completely dry with soil all over the interior of the shipping container. The plants themselves were still alive and I immediately transferred to larger pots with fresh soil and watered completely. It was fortunate that I had larger pots and soil available, or it may have been a complete loss. Luckily, the plants survived and are thriving.

The plant was placed in too large of a shipping box. It was not secured so it was turned upside down and smashed breaking branches off and found in this condition when opened. Very distressed as this was a very expensive plant.

Tree was packaged to be protected and shipment came without damage.

I ordered these 3 - 4 ft Nellie Steven's hollies in the 10 pack bundle and every tree came properly packed and in very good condition, and within days of ordering. It was well worth money and my trees are planted in the ground and already showing growth within the first week!

Lost two older trees and wanted to replace them with something different. Had seen them these on a home tv show and really liked the color and the size of these. Made an order and they arrived very quickly. There were instructions with them in regards to planting that were helpful.
