I ordered some live plants from this company and they delivered exactly as described. No issues whatsoever.

My trees arrived in two boxes. One box, probably damaged by a forklift, destroyed the two trees inside. Upon contacting FastGrowingTrees and providing picture, I received a reply within four hours that my replacement trees had been shipped. Great communication and great service. My replacement trees were beautiful specimens.

Bought a tree and a pair of bushes. The plants arrived pretty good condition and are thriving at this time. The instructions provided are helpful, as the tree did shed all it's leave and it was nice to have some guidance.

I ordered two meyer lemon trees, an avocado tree, and a black mission fig tree. All arrived in good condition and have grown well. When I had questions about the avocado tree, the customer service professional, Amanda, was incredibly helpful and informative.

I ordered on a Sunday so my order would arrive without sitting in a warehouse. I spotted issues with FedEx tracking and called FGT twice. Both times they said there's nothing they can do, but they'll have someone contact FedEx and get back to me. No one did.

Sure enough, my trees arrived late, upside down, with broken branches and several had all their leaves in the box.

I know there is some shock when you plant a tree, but it looks dead.

Just got a calamansi tree from fast growing tree. So healthy and much better than I expected.

Shopping, finding, and purchasing were great…reasonable prices and great assortment. Communication w/ shipping updates great as well. However, upon receiving snd opening package, one of the trees was not secure, came undone and had soil, w/ roots exposed, everywhere. (I did take pictures but main concern was getting planted and will f/u i have issues with tree survival)

We purchased 3 crepe myrtles at $89.00 each, when we received those the box was not marked properly and the plants were all tossed around in the box. When ordered I was told the pants would be over3 feet tall, not one was that height. Some of the branches were broken off and looked terrible I was very disappointed do say the least. I called and was told I needed to take pictures and send to them by e-mail, i informed them that I was not able to do that and asked if there was any other way we can solve this issue. No she said. Well needless to say I will never purchase anything else from this company, As far as I am concerned I was taken advantaged of because I can not do a lot on a computer.
