I had an issue. It was quickly and easily rectified. No hassle. No debate. More online companies should follow your approach to customer service.

Easy to order, I spoke with representative on phone as delivery to be rural with no one there 3 days a week. Adjustments made to accommodate this. However, Order not sent out on Specific day jointly decided on but 2 days later and was told 3-4 day delivery time. It's now been 5 days since shipped and day expected shifted for 3 rd time. No idea when these 10 trees will arrive and their condition when they do. I did spend over $100 to get a guarantee that most nurseries provide for free, glad I did as they may be sitting boxed for several days until I get back out to property. I'll let you know more when I see their size and condition and see if the slightly lower price is worth it.

I was looking for a Ginko tree and found great options and the results were a great product. Awesome web site with great information.

The tree (2 foot green giant arbor vitae) arrived curled up & never recovered when planted. I used a tomato cage to help but it slowly died. I contacted customer service, and I kept getting emails back that I need to use a tomato cage! The pics I sent show a tomato cage being used! I went back & forth with the "tree expert" with the same response every time… tomato cage. I gave up. I think that's what they wanted. I'm out $20 not a huge amount of $$ but frustrated with how dumb they were. I will not purchase anything from them again. I bought 16 trees in the spring & they did fine.

I ordered for hundreds of dollars worth of plants and got rotten, stale and yellow plants and the size was also very small.

Tree arrived in pretty good condition on expected day

Product was as described and arrived in perfect shape.

Tree arrived dried out dead! So I refused it and am waiting for my refund. Thank you.

The two Mock Oranges that we ordered came very quickly and were very healthy-looking when we unpacked them. They were well-packed and we were very impressed with them. We wood definitely order from Fast Growing Trees again!

I purchased a dwarf Cavandish banana tree and was pleased with the quality of the plant when it arrived. But now I'm absolutely shocked at how fast it is growing and how amazing it looks. Since then I've come back for blueberry plants and a fig tree and I'm still very pleased

I ordered some elderberry shrubs and one came looking very ill. I called and without any hesitation this company sent me out a new one straight away. The new shrub came fast and it arrived very healthy and was planted immediately by the others. All of my elderberries look great and are growing fine. I am extremely happy with Fast Growing Trees. Thank you for being such a great online company to work with. It has been a pleasure.

The two apple trees are great and doing well. But I found ordering additional items from their website problematic. And yes, I didn't look closely enough and read the fine print, but I thought I was getting specialized top soil with additives and got 2 quart bags of root enhancer which I didn't need because each tree came with its own packet already. If you don't know really what you are doing, like me, don't order anything extra from them. Now I have packages to send back and you know I have to pay shipping. Even calling their customer support isn't that informative. But the trees are great

Had purchased multiple fruit trees and bushes. Only received 1/2 of order. Had to call about the missing items. They were out of the nectarine trees I wanted. So I chose to sub smaller versions. Then when they arrived, they were poorly packaged and at least 50% of the branches were broken off. So I have the trees in pots hoping to mend them back to good health next year before planting them in the ground, if they survive. I also was never reimbursed the full amount for the tree planting kit that was never shipped. Will not shop with them ever again. Not recommended.

Two trees delivered one broken and taped! The box appeared damaged but tape on box is similar to the one wrapped around broken tree

I was reluctant to buy a tree and have it shipped but the experience was better than expected. Tree arrived as promised and was packaged well. Had it in the ground within an hour of receiving and seems to be doing well.
I'm already looking for my next tree purchase from FastGrowing Trees!

So far so good, I had them try to match a tree I have and they really tried, but couldn't. I was impressed with how they worked to try and do this.
I'm excited about getting my trees and getting them planted.
