The products were not good but the customer service was excellent.

I received my plants and they were a horrible mess. I called and they promptly sent out a replacement and were very nice so their customer service is excellent. I'm a little leery of ordering from them again but maybe it was just a one time fluke.

I bought two rainbow eucalyptus trees from this vendor. You me of them came in great shape and is doing well a month after the plant. The second tree came was not in good shape. I planted it at the same time and it is constantly struggling. I wish the trees were both like tree number one.

I ordered 2 trees. It's been 3 weeks and the trees I bought are doing great!

I received my original order of three trees and it was missing one. I called and they immediately sent another to replace it - which I got in 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised they responded so well and quickly to the issue. The trees where exactly what I expected and have been doing very well since being planted the next day.

They Packaged 2 plants together so that both plants are facing the middle fine in theory but packaging failed and my plants were jammed together when they arrived. My Blue java leaves were broken and half of my other tree was damaged and brown with dead leaf tips, the banana is making a come back but I fear the other wont make it.

First Rising Sun Redbud arrived with leaves off and I reported. One year later I reordered and used my warranty and I am very satisfied with my new Rising Sun Redbud. It has been planted and is budding out

At first I was nervous about ordering plants through the mail, but after ordering several times with this company, If the plants didn't do well for any reason, customer service made it right! Highly recommend.

I received two columnar apple trees. Two different varieties to enhance cross-pollination. One was covered in blossoms. The other had none. It is too cold here to plant these outdoors right now. So I took a q-tip to pollinate the one with blossoms. The blossoms are now falling off. I was really hoping I'd get at least one apple this year. But now I think that won't happen. The other tree has no blossoms so there may be hope for it. We run a risk for full frost well into May here.

I ordered a dozen trees to create a home orchard. The trees that arrived were healthy and happy- packed beautifully with a few already blooming. I think we are on track to have our first fruit harvest later this year! Thank you for taking such care.

We ordered 10 Leyland Cypress trees, due to their large size potential and low maintenance care. The trees came looking very fresh, healthy, and green! We ended up having an unexpected last freeze, so they had to sit inside for about a week before getting planted and so far, so good! I will provide more reviews as they grow, but so far we're very happy with our purchase!

We have purchase multiple trees from Fast growing. Nice looking trees, healthy the staff is so helpful. Had on tree not do well and they replaced it quickly.

I have purchased from them several times and the products are always as described. Shipping was minimal time. None have died

Overall, my shopping and purchase experience with FGT was AWESOME! Most of the shipments came right on time, with a couple being late at no fault of FGT. FedEx just held the packages for 2 additional days and kept updating their estimated delivery date. I was concerned about the health of the trees due to the delay. However, with the great packaging, to my surprise... my trees were still in great condition! They have now been in the ground a couple of weeks and there is new growth on almost all of them... and BLOOMS on my apple tree! Thank you Fast Growing Trees for the positive shopping experience! :)

I've purchased several trees and plants over the last couple years and been very happy with the service and products. Unfortunately my last order i was short shipped 2 strawberry plants. I called customer service and the guy said it was coming in a different box. That was two weeks ago…. I don't think there coming.

Looked online, and found exactly what I needed.
Ordered it and then was completely surprised by the delivery.
I guess I thought delivery would be about a week, and was surprised when the box showed up 2 days later.
The only negative was that I had to move up the day I had planned for planting.

The trees and plants arrived in excellent condition and were packaged well.

Shopping was easy, but 50% of the shipments I received were broken up and almost dead. I had a list of plants to buy, but after seeing the low quality of shipments I deleted it because I will not buy anything else form this company.

I place two separate orders. The first order arrived with the box crushed and the trees were dry as a bone. All the containers were broken and one did not have any dirt in it, just a bundle of roots.
I planted them per the instructions, fertilized them and watered. The next day the tops have turned brown.
The second order arrived in better shape although the trees were also extremely dry.
I unwrapped the second set of 10 trees and watered them, then let them sit in the sun for a day before planting.
Hopefully these will do better.
