The plants were up ended in the containers when I opened them which really bummed me out. Horrible shipping problem there. I replanted them & I'm hoping for the best. Now it's a wait & see.

Very satisfied. Trees delivered were in pretty good shape all things considered. Packaging was sturdy enough to stand up the abuse of shipping, and the trees are basically bare roots in mulch. Soaked the roots in water overnight and planted the next day. Going on 3 weeks and none have died yet.

Ordered a Redskin peach and Pink Lady apple tree. Trees arrived very well packed and fast. The trees exceeded our expectations. Very nice, tall with lots of branches and buds ready to explode. Trees are currently leafing out now and are beautiful. Excellent easy to follow planting and care instructions. We are very happy with our tree purchase!

We have bought several thunja trees for our tree lines 3-4ft now they are about 5ft from last year. My blueberry bush we bought this year is already has blueberries

I would not use FedEx to deliver anything. To many delays. I have had up to three days, my live plants have sit in one of their receiving locations. BAD BAD BAD,!

Product came wrapped nicely, boxed sturdy and nothing was harmed at all. Cold Hardy banana tree I ordered.

I was excited to receive my fiddle fig and swiss cheese plant, I was skeptical to buy plants online but after reading all the great reviews, I figured I would give it a try. They both came in the same box that was packaged very well. However, when I unwrapped them the plants were in poor condition, the soil in the swiss chees had spilled out the leaves were brown and dying. The fiddle fig was in the worst condition dead leaves and brown and dried stems. I immediately call customer service who were very helpful and offer to replace both plants and guarantee that they would come in better condition. I declined because I didn't want to pay for another dead plant. I received a full refund.

The trees came well wrapped, healthy, and transplanted easily. Can't wait to see them in a couple years!

I ordered two citrus trees: a lime and a variegated lemon. We discussed what we would like as we are preparing our back porch for the summer. The trees arrived before the last frost and spent two weeks in our sun room becoming acclimated. They actually began putting on leaves pretty quickly! The lime has taken off and has been moved to its summer home on the porch. The lemon has also been moved and I was concerned until it began putting on a new leaf since the move. It was just ready for a new home.

Excellent packaging and healthy tree. My 3 different varieties of Apple are thriving! I'm very happy with my purchased.

Ordered items (crape myrtles for zone 6) on March 9. I think FastGrowingTrees is expensive but not many options for these shrubs. Placed order then because I was concerned about items selling out. Received email om March 10 that items had been shipped. I know that I am at the northern end of zone 6 but it really seemed too early for the products to be shipped. Items were scheduled to be delivered Sat. March 12. Snowstorm (not a fluke, expected) arrived March 11 into March 12. Items were not delivered and spent 24 hours sub freezing in Fedex van and delivered Sunday March 13. Tried calling customer service on Monday March 13 to at least document what happened in case items had not survived. Could not get through (all of our representatives are currently helping other customers) so I left name and number for a callback. Best of my knowledge never received a callback. Disappointed. I expected that since I was paying so much for the items, at least the customer service would be good but not the case.

It is one month after our purchase and the tree looks like it's dying. Not happy

The plants arrived within a few days of ordering and the plants are extremely beautiful and healthy.

Just went to local plant shop found they huge trees over 8ft the same name and all for 100$... almost double the size and flowering all over... think I will plant one of those in this trees location and move this one to the back somewhere

Always the trees I purchased arrived very healthy and very strong root system, even your tree get dying, they will replacement, just give them a call,
This happened to me this year for some reason and they replacement the tres right away,

Planted 4 hardy figs I hope they live. It's been cold and wet on Lake Michigan's southern shore.
