Tree received delayed from shipping agents. When delivered it was distressed and rootball was dried out and seemed leaves shivering. We contacted your company and told to water root ball and followed directions and planted. We continue to keep our hopes up that tree will recover.
Not satisfied with the fact that nothing else was done. Hoping progress is going to happen.

Trees shipped as promised. Customer service was amazing when trees delivered to wrong address and staff so very helpful and concerned.

Bought the 3-4 foot Meyers Lemon Tree and when it arrived it was a twig with maybe 7-10 leaves. Very deceiving pictures to watch they show and what you get. Lowes had beautiful Lemon trees for half the price and actually look like trees. Called to complain and the woman was very nice and gave me $25 back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone though.

I ordered a Meyer Lemon Bush. When I received it there were spots on the leaves and it looked stressed. They send me a second one, smaller and clean. They are both set in a diffused south window, provided well drained soil, and they are losing leaves at an alarming rate. I am generally good with plants and trees, so I am not sure if they will survive. There is not good advice on the site or in on the documents included with the trees

One of the palms I bought died tried to protect during winter but that may be what got it.

I've tried to reach out and no one responded to my email but yet the still be sending me email to purchase more products. My item arrive and the hanging pot that my strawberry came in was broken up and couldn't hang.
I took a picture and sent it and none responded and it's almost a month.

Fast Growing Trees is very easy to work with when it comes to ordering and setting a delivery date.
What gets delivered is a whole different story. Ordered four plants they were shipped 2 to a box. Boxes were not handled properly during shipping and the plants were smashed up against each other. When I opened them up halve of the branches were broken off and one plant fell out of its 3 gallon bucket to reveal about an inch and a half of roots in a 3 gallon container the rest was all dirt. You would think the roots would go down deeper in these containers. I called and complained to FGT and sent pictures, but as of yet received no reply.

Everyone was good on the phone and calling in about what I might be doing wrong planting the black berries was special. So much help and advise.

My granddaughter and her new husband purchased a home in the city and it had a roof garden,, it was a four floor town home with plenty of sun front and back and i told her i would get a Meyer lemon dwarf tree for her roof garden and because the extra bedrooms on the floor leading to the garden I knew she could bring it inside for the winter. It came exactly when the email said it would and in a few weeks it
Is already 5 ft tall. My granddaughter is thrilled with it. Thank you I would not hesitate to buy anything from your company in the future. Worth every penny..

It was very easy to order. It described how some need a tree to pollinate the other to get a better yield of fruit. I called because the Bing cherry was having trouble. Than I asked if they had navajo globe willows. They didn't but she looked and found where I could get them.

I ordered my trees and seeing I knew they were on my doorstep in a box. Extremely satisfied can't wait for the fruit!

Our plant arrived 5 days later than scheduled. I thought for sure it would be dead. It appeared to be in pretty good shape. We planted it and waiting to see how it does.

I ordered two trees, a red dogwood and the flame thrower redbud, There was a delay in delivery b/c FedEx had to repackage the trees. I only received the redbud and the top 10 inches (from the 4-5ft tree) was broken. The roots were well protected. I called customer service and explained that I only received one damaged tree. They promptly replaced my order with the same two new trees. Later that week I received the dogwood from my original order. THEN, I received my two new replacement trees in excellent condition. This is a company that stands by their products and service. I will order from them again.
