The phlox I ordered was very leggy and both died right away in the ground, even with the proper soil and amendments. I had never used a mail order company before and I won't use this one again. I also had a plant I order not delivered and no status as to its replacement. IT was the reason I tried this company in the first place and now I don't have what I wanted at all, 2 dead plants and so far, 2 surviving. That's not great odds. Very disappointed.
Arrived quickly with little to no what to do next steps. When spending 1000.oo you would think you would want to be assured that your product was going to be success.
Fast growing trees sent quality shrubs and we've ordered quite a few!
We just planted them so we shall see how the grow!
My plant was in shipment for 6 days in terribly cold and unusual spring weather. But it was carefully packed and appears to be fine.
So far so good. Plants arrived in good condition and are growing nicely.
Received a very sickly lemon tree. Was replaced at no cost with another lemon tree, which was unfortunately another bad one. It was confirmed with one of the "plant experts" that I was in fact using the correct fertilizer, plant size, watering habits, and sun exposure. But, this little tree never even had a chance. It was so bad. Now, I can't even get a response from customer service in hopes of refunding for my purchase.

I ordered 4 large red twig dogwood shubs and a small tree. The dogwood shrubs turned out to be bare root plants shipped in a burlap bag of soil. 3 had leaves but one did not and when I removed from the box it just layed on its side with the small stub of roots not embedded in the soil. The 3 shrubs that were alive also had short stubby roots, and no root ball. The tree was quite small, just a single twig. I wasn't expecting it to look substantial, but it was a bit disappointing. It has been 3 weeks since planting, and so far 4 of the 5 plants I ordered are doing ok. It is early so I hope they will develop more as spring continues. Fast growing trees was very accommodating in replacing the plant that arrived dead. They offered a replacement or store credit. My main concern is that they advertise that they don't sell bare root plants, but that is essentially what I received for the dogwood shrubs.
We're sorry to hear about the concerns with plants you received! The difference between your packaged tree and bare root trees is that this tree has been in the protective bag filled with nutrient rich growing medium since it was initially removed from the ground. This allows the roots to be constantly hydrated while receiving the beneficial nutrients that will give it an extra boost of energy once planted in the ground. We're glad we were able to replace the ones that arrived damaged!
The tree arrived timely and was packaged very well. Easy planting directions were provided.

I contacted the company and was told to wait for it to get better after scratch test showed tree was alive which I knew. Three weeks later not any better then told it may have a fungus.
Still waiting for answer and hope to get it replaced or refunded asap.

We are extremely pleased with our purchases, which include a Armstrong Gold Maple (in 3 weeks it has leaves and has grown), 3 varieties of azaleas, and one Crepe Myrtle. Each one has been in the ground less than 2 months and are doing sensational!
Easy out of box... followed easy directions... cant wait for the tree to mature!
I buy all my special or hard to find plants here. I'm glad I found this company online.

I received the trees of green giants on time. The trees were in good condition, but a lot smaller than what I expected. Hope they grow as fast as what they said.

I have bought like 15 trees with them and for the first time one of my trees in the last order didn't make it and died. Didn't complained though. I guess I'll just order a new one later.

I have always been apprehensive about buying things online, sight unseen. (Particularly live plants) However, I purchased three cherry trees and am more than happy with how they showed up. They were packaged with care, and although the delivery driver didn't pay attention to instructions printed on the box, they appeared undamaged when opened up. After planting, they appeared somewhat stressed in the heat of the day. Two days following, the trees all seem to be doing fine. I will not hesitate to purchase more in the future.
The order arrived and the soil was away from the root ball. When I called customer service they weren't very helpful and then wanted to negotiate their response.
