Ordering and choosing the apricot variety was easy and straightforward, and the shipping and delivery notifications were prompt. The tree arrived in severely wilted condition on April 16th, possibly due to a very cold morning (upper 20's) on that day I have kept the tree moist and in a sheltered location, but the leaves have not recovered. No new buds are forming yet, so the apricot appears to be a loss at this point.

I followed the instructions using the soil packet and nutrition packet to plant the tree in a planter. I've taken pictures to show it's condition at this stage.

Have not noticed anything yet. It's too early to report any changes. So far tree is doing well

I purchased a Black Tartarian cherry tree to go with a Bing that was purchased last year. It was extremely well packed and arrived in great shape. I planted it in it's burlap bag as instructed, and it is growing very well so far.

Received the 7 foot Dakota Pinnacle Birch trees in perfect condition. Couldn't ask for a better delivery or a more perfect tree.

Two of the 8 trees died within a week after receiving them. Called them and one was replaced, however the other one is dead too! Filled another claim. Let's see what happens

Plants arrived quickly, healthy and as advertised!

The buying and shipping went off without a hitch, but when we recieved our trees one of them had broken branches and the rest were bent downward. The other tree we bought was in great shape.

I was hoping to receive a nice 3 gallons palm tree which looks almost like advertised on the site. What I got is a little palm tree with few leafs not higher than 10" in the pot not bigger than 1.5 gallons. You guys should find different jobs! Very disapointed

I purchased a 10 pack of green giant's plus 3 additional for a total of 13. The shipping box looked like it had been dropped and several of the trees had the root balls disturbed not much dirt around the roots. In addition, the three extra plants were much smaller that the lot of ten. I planted them anyway and hope for the best.
