The computer site is easy to navigate and order from. I ordered two hollys and two azaleas and they were shipped very quickly. The package was great, really protected the plants in transit and the quality of the plants themselves is excellent. Very healthy and sturdy. Will definitely order from them again.

We were looking for a certain tree for a particular spot in our home and FastGrowingTrees.com had exactly what we were looking for in close-to-the-size that we were hoping to get.

The tree arrived with buds already on it and we are looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

The site was easy to navigate and the customer support was top-notch - knowledgeable, pleasant, and full of good suggestions.

The only suggestion I would have is, perhaps the option for a larger size tree... the tree we received had been topped off for shipment and I would have gladly paid more for the original tree (for product, packaging, and shipping fees), before it was trimmed for shipment.

I love my tree and came in already flowering, I will buy another tree for sure!

I was very excited to receive my olive tree. I've read great reviews about fast growing trees and felt like this was a website I could trust. However, when I received my tree I was underwhelmed to say the least. The plant only had a few branches and leaves and, in my opinion, was not worth the money. Additionally, it seems to be in poor health, and I am unable to revive it despite my best efforts. Very disappointed.

The paw paw tree that I ordered from Fast Growing Trees arrived in perfect health and is growing vigorously already.

The ordering experience and photos/descriptions were excellent. However, the pricing for the plants was much higher than the local market. I didn't think I could get the plants I wanted locally but I found most of them after I had ordered. I was particularly disappointed in two plants, both the size of my hand that cost $39.99 each. I was looking for something substantially bigger but obviously missed the small print. I thought erroneously that for the price I was paying, I would receive substantially larger plants than what could be bought locally. I may shop for convenience and for a specific plant but won't mistake price with size again.

Of three rosemary plants ordered, one was fine, one was so so and one was half dead. I complained but received no return call. Instead I have received a request for review 3x.

There are actual people on the phone, it feels very personable and everyone has been so nice. The process is seamless and I keep coming back because customer service is amazing.

The tree was delivered in great shape and has been replanted per instructions and is doing very well at the moment.

Was happy with the tree and shrubs I ordered. They are gorgeous but I felt bait and switched on a free tree promo. When I emailed customer service I received no reply.

I accidentally broke two trees removing the packaging and they were kind enough to replace them.

I was able to order items I could not find locally. The delivery time was very good and the packaging protected the plants well. I even had one delivery delayed for a few days so I would be home when it arrived.

I was so excited to order all of my berry trees as well as my Meyer Lemon bush combo with the Key Lime Bush. When they arrived in the large boxes unscathed I was absolutely thrilled to see the sizes and how gorgeous they looked! I ordered the "fast-growing" lemon grass plant. It's been well taken care of…potted in fertile soil, watered. It's not fast-growing at all. I over paid. I wouldn't purchase again.

Ordering was easy. Fast free shipping on my trees. I bought 20 trees and 2 have turned brown and I belive have died. Other than that. They are okay so far.
