Great as always, replaced damaged tree quick! Very helpful
A lot of the soil that was in the pots the trees came in spilled out resulting in the trees being completely bare root and dried out. As a result, some of them are struggling now that they're planted.
Trees arrived in great condition and are thriving! Would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

Both cherry trees are dead (almost $300) the kv flowering plum tree is dead ($130) banana tree almost dead ($130), lemon tree ($160) not in the best condition despite me doing everything right. You know what's thriving? All the other fruit trees I bought from my local nursery for $30 ea. Fast dying trees, fast disappearing Benjamis. Buy from your local nursery
This is my 3rd order, got a cherry tree package. I've also bought a cherry plum tree, banana tree & lemon tree from them. They DO NOT grow any faster than if you bought them at your local nursery so don't be fooled into paying twice the amount thinking this is the case. However, all my trees I've bought from them are still alive & growing at their normal pace lol
The trees arrived in great shape, they've been planted for over a week and are doing great.
Looks like the last two apricot trees I ordered is NOT going to make, after following planting instructions!
I ordered 3 pawpaw and two arrived severely damaged from shipping. They broke free during shipping and were tossed around. Fastgrowingtrees sent two replacements, that were also damaged during shipping but not nearly as bad. I think they will recover. My only suggestion is that based on how packages are transported these days, it is important for the shipping department to make sure the trees are securely fixed inside the box.
The trees were packaged very very well and the trees were in excellent condition when arrived. Very fast shipping, I purchased 10 and after planting we decided to order 10 more.

I recently ordered 2 apple trees from Fast Growing Trees and was pretty shocked to see they shipped Bare Root trees well into spring that were already leafed out. One of the trees was still mostly dormant so it will likely be ok, but the other one was fully leafed out and could tell it had suffered alot of shock due to being bare Root and being shipped by just dropping the roots in a burlap bag with some wet wood chips around it. Customer service won't help me and even denied sending bare Root trees. Highly disappointed to say the least!
When I ordered my items, they showed shipping within 1 to 2 days. After 4 days, I called and was told my items should ship "within another day or two." Fast forward 3 more days and I did an online chat and was told that the items were on backorder, and shipping would occur in another 6 to 8 weeks. While I did get a simple apology during the chat, I immediately canceled. There was no indication that they would try to do better next time (or perhaps a store coupon, for my trouble), so I opted to order from another online plant/tree store.
No issues, warranty purchase recommended to relieve any apprehension / anxiety with online purchase.
Arrived promptly and in good shape. Growing fine. Will use these folks again.

I ordered several bushes and a few varieties of trees and everything has taken root except two of the same trees, I'm afraid they did not survive since they look the exact same as the day they arrived.
