They arrived later than I was originally told but I was ok with that

Shipping was fast when we got the tree it had a few leaves now to wait to see if it actually blooms.

I bought 2 - 3' avocado trees. One tree was broken in half in the box during shipping. I took photos and called Customer Service. I left several messages two weeks ago, but still have not heard back from Fast Growing Trees. I also bought the insurance to guarantee trees for 1 year. I have not heard anything from Fast Growing Trees. These trees were to be Mothers Day gifts to my daughters. I'm so disappointed in Fast Growing Trees for not responding.

Product was shipped when told it would ship. They were gifts that weren't received in time for the intended event.

I really want to keep buying plants and trees from you, but I'm concerned that thy might not arrive in great shape.

The first time experience was seamless and very straight forward. The purchases came quickly and in great shape. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I didn't get my full order of plants and the product I did receive may not make it.

I'll never give a bad review without discussing any issues with the company first. I've learned over the many years that a good company is judged by how it responds to its short comings. We all make mistakes but how well you correct them is key.
I purchased 10 Thuja Giant Evergreens between 5-6'. They arrived quickly, boxed and packaged perfectly. I removed them and staged them for weekend planting. During and after planting I was able to view and handle the plants better and well, they were not very full, and barely 5' including the rootball, except one. One was yellowing but I think it will recover fine in the sunshine.
The cost was higher than middle of the road but you pay for the convenience and that's ok. If I would have picked them myself I may have chosen 5 out of 10 and definitely not 3 that were border sub par for the price.
As I mentioned the service, shipping and care seems to be exceptional. I guess the roll of the dice here was having trees chosen by others that consider what's good. I only expected what was advertised but that seems to be a grey area also. This is why I'm split on my rating. I may try them again for a one off. The future will tell.

Redbud tree Came full of leaves, was surprised of the size. I've planted it and have tons of new growth. Will order again.

Ordered a passion fruit vine and two trees. The box came practically destroyed by FedEx. The trees fared well but the passion fruit was decimated. Customer Service was very responsive and quickly shipped us a replacement. This is our fourth order from Fast Growing Trees.

Mimosa tree arrived in good and is growing fast after 3 weeks.

I have ordered from FastGrowingTrees twice this Spring and both have been pleasant experiences. Three bushes, two vining Jasmines, and a Weeping Cherry Tree were all packaged extremely well and arrived healthy at my home in a timely manner.

Delivery of tree fast and efficient. Product was in good shape and planting directions were helpful. My new Japanese maple has been in the ground for about four weeks and is showing no signs of stress. I wanted to plant some decorative trees without breaking the bank. So far I am happy with my decision.

I won't be buying from you again. The Meyer Lemon bush was healthy but is literally a twig for $60! The Fragrant Tea Olive leaves were yellow & I certainly wouldn't have picked that plant out in person. After my purchase I found Meyer lemon bushes twice the size for $23.00. As the saying goes "Fool me once it's your fault fool me twice it's my fault" so I won't be shopping with you again & definitely won't recommend you to friends and family.

Easy to order! Tree was delivered in a timely manner and in good shape.

I ordered 2 trees and 2 bushes. Both of the trees leaves were wilting when it arrived but one was much worse then the other. The bushes are fantastic. I have planted everything and the leaves on the trees have all pretty much died/shriveled up even with daily watering. I was not able to plant them right when I got them so I'm hoping that didn't affect them. I'm hoping with warmer temperatures coming and clipping the dead leaves, the trees will show life again! I'll try to remember to update this down the road.
