I ordered four fig trees a few weeks ago and requested them to be shipped on May 9th. I have a landscaper coming this week to have them planted. When I received a shipping confirmation on May 10th it was only for two trees. I called customer service and was told two are on backorder. When I told her I was not happy, she said she cannot control the growing of the trees and hung up on me. VERY RUDE!

I had ordered a tree which became unavailable during the ordering process, and was not informed of its unavailability. Fast Growing Trees mad it right by sending me the same tree when they were available at no cost to me. Fast Growing Trees went above and beyond and certainly made it right by me.
Easy, what more can i say. Had no problems with ordering or delivery
They sent a half dead crape myrtle tree that was dried out and brittle. It did have some new springtime buds, however, it clearly was not thriving and they never should have sent this tree.
They did give me a full refund but I would never use them again.
It's normal for crape myrtles to look "dead" when they are dormant. They're also one of the last trees to leaf back out in Spring, so we completely understand your concerns and glad we could help!
I have no problem paying a premium for service and products. But to my eye, there is no difference in the 2 and 3 gallon shrubs I purchased. And I received one "runt" which has clearly underperformed. I expected premium products.

I was very impressed by the way my 2 cherry trees arrived. They were very healthy looking and green. They were absolutely beautiful is the word. I even received help from a life plant supporter from Fast Growing Trees and I would recommend this company to the entire world. My cherry trees were potted over a month ago and they are doing great. I can't wait until harvest, hopefully by the end of summer 2022.
We purchased couple of fruit trees last year and one of them didn't grow.
Last mont we ordered three more fruit trees(plants) one reacehd in bad shaped still didnt show any sign of growth and the other one reacehed dry as rock and the size mentioned was 2-3 feet where as it is around 13inches and like a stick, I wonder when will this grow and bare fruit. I was told to wait couplr of weeks and call us back. I might wait another week and call you to replace or refund. Thank you. Pleae do not spoil your reputation. I expect reply from you. Thank U again
We're so sorry for the concerns with your trees! Shipping stress can cause plants to wilt and even drop leaves but typically make a full recovery! Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it begins to decline and we'll ship a new one!

My plants arrived so quick. They were in perfect condition and are already growing well in their new homes. The selection had plants I can't get at my local nursery too. I would definitely recommend!

My trees where delivered to someone in North Carolina and they were addressed to COCOA FLORIDA I still have not received them. The trees that were mine were delivered a week ago to the wrong address.
Well, tree arrived looking poorly. Planted and watered and hoped. It got worst so I callled and was told to wait. I did The tree got worst so I called again. Sent picture. This time a new tree was mailed. It is planted and doing OK for now. Thanks.
I was a little hesitant to buy a tree online, but I was pleasantly surprised. My tree arrived healthy and looking great! Since I planted it, it has been growing and filling out nicely.
I previously bought one of the Chicago figs in the smallest container and got what I thought was a reasonable size plant for he price of about $40. Some kind of rodent ate it off at the base over the winter killing it so I bought another. This time I got the 3 gallon size for ~$120 figuring it would be roughly 3x the size. I think it was barely 1.5-2x the size so not worth the upcharge. Very disappointed
My Autumn blooming cherry tree was delivered as promised and packed with utmost care.
Fantastic customer service and follow up. Great products that they stand behind at a good price can't ask more than that. My blue berries and black berries are thriving.

Overall great but the wonderfully pomegranate & dragon fruit came in a bit damage & broken but hopes it's grow back.
