This is my first order with your company. Part of my order was damaged in transit. When I contacted customer service I corresponded with Alicia, she was so helpful and made sure to get out a replacement order. I received my order yesterday and everything looks fantastic. Cannot wait to get them planted. I will not hesitate in the future to order more trees.

My plants were much smaller then I thought. Half brown and not doing well. They were delivered upside down in boxes dried out. This was the fault of the delivery service but the quality of the plants were not what I anticipated. I have purchased trees and plants before from Fastgrowing Trees and never had this issue before. Doubt I will order again from Fastgrowing Trees.

I received a 3 in 1 cherry in a bad shape because it kept getting delayed in shipping and took twice as long to arrive. It died in a few days after arriving. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement which also came in a bad shape with dry and wilted leaves. Same thing happened again. Both those two trees were to replace another dead tree that I got from this company. It's very exhausting to keep on having to repurchase overpriced low-quality products like this. And it's also a huge waste of time. We have a flourishing garden with more than 10 fruit trees. The trees we get from the local nursery at 10% of the price we pay with FGT is 110% better at being resilient and producing fruit.

I placed an order and less than 24 hours later they had a promotion for a free plant with orders over a dollar amount. My order was well over that amount and hadn't shipped yet. I emailed to ask if I could receive the promotion or cancel my order and I'd replace the order to get the promotion. No response, no promotion. Disappointed with the customer service this time. Generally has been good in the past.

My tree came on time unfortunately it seems to have died I have watered it and watch over it daily but it did not survive the transplant? The weather has been mild so I'm not sure why it is dying?

The pear tree that I purchased seem to be not growing well. I hope it will not die.

Great so far. Just ordered. Fast shipping and trees were in great shape. Very pleased would highly recommended and will be my go to for future orders.

Three roses came in gallon pot but were actually only set in a 4 Oz cup with dirt loosely set around it. They were also very battered with all but one stem busted on one of the plants. The other bushes I ordered were in somewhat better shape but I have had much better experience with other nurseries shipping plants

I am trying my hardest to keep them alive. They already look dead. I am glad i got insurance on them though. May have to use it.

I was underwhelmed with the plants that I received for the price I paid. They were much smaller than expected. I thought they would be much more mature for the cost. I will not be buying from this website again.

I ordered 2 "trees" from fastgrowingtrees.com. The peach tree was supposed to come with a root ball. When I took the tree out of the box and went to plant it, the roots were sitting on top of the dirt, completely exposed, there was no "root ball" like the instructions indicated. I planted the tree following the instructions and it died. Then the fig plant was 3 small stems sticking out of the dirt with not a single leaf. I planted it, a few small leaves grew and then it also died. I bought a fig plant at Lowes for less than half what fastgrowingtrees charged and it is an actual plant with lots of leaves. I would recommend never buying from this place. Should be called fastdyingtrees.com

I ordered 10 Thuja Green Giants and received them quickly and in excellent condition. The area where we were planting them wasn't prepared yet so it was about a week before we planted them and they were still looking good. This is the second time I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees, the first purchase was 2 Crape Myrtles and they are thriving. Highly recommend.
