Good products and service, competitive prices and good customer service. Now that I've dealt directly with them, I will avoid the limited selection, lesser quality and absence of advice/knowledge that I've experienced at the local "big box store"!

Each plant arrives 1/2 dead on just a stick and dirt - not happy

This is my 4th order over the past few years. Trees come well packaged. Customer service is quick and friendly should you have any issues.

I ordered the red maple and it was a nice healthy tree when it arrived, nicely packaged. I planted it and am hopeful that it will continue to do well.

To costco/home depot. It would be much better if they prices would be reduced to 50%

I purchased a tree that arrived damaged. I Called and let them know and they were more than willing to ship out a new tree as a replacement. The new tree arrived also damaged. Called to let them know and they were more than happy to issue a refund. I had an overall good experience and would definitely give them another try.

The site and staff are great, I love shopping with them as they have a wide variety of products, the issue I have is receiving products with no damage, almost all the products I received were damaged one way or another, all of them had the rootball separated from the dirt and the plants were in stress and required lots of attention and care to recover, some plants arrived dead already due to poor shipping and packaging. The free berry plants are waste of time because they all arrive dead

My fig was delivered on time. Plant was very healthy. The leaves were nice and green. Waited 2 weeks before moved it to a bigger pot.

Lovely Gardenia holding up well. Shipped fast and safely. Have only had a couple of weeks but so far so good. Was a gift and my friend is thrilled.

Elvis helped me order and was fantastic and really knows his products. Shipping was within a day and arrived quickly and the trees were in good shape and so far are doing well.

I think I've ordered from fast growing trees around 5-6 times now and I'm normally extremely happy with the results. The fruit trees I've gotten had all been fantastic and are growing well. I would say that I was a bit bummed by the recent fig tree I ordered. It was around $50 and all that came was a twig. It's growing leaves off it now so it seems healthy. I would still order from this site again and again. Prices are high but you get quality plants.

Unfortunately my tree is dying. I followed instructions, but I think the tree will not make it, I'm pretty good in planting shrubs.

Easy to find the trees I was looking for on the website, easy to sign up for in-stock notice, easy to purchase when they came back. When they got here (two days late, due to the shipper not FGT), they were packaged fantastic and still had a little moisture in their buckets. Happy, healthy little trees and they were easily at least 3' tall (I ordered the 2-3' trees). They've been planted for almost two weeks now (today is May 12 in western SD, we've already gotten multiple torrential rains and little bit of hail); they still have all their leaves and already have new growth. I'm continually amazed at the quality and health of the trees.

I received The Osmanthus(tea olive)plant in very bad shape that cost me $49 and the custom service is aweful…Better to get trees from Home Depot where you can return items. The other 10 one gallon Holly tree was also not good compared to the price I paid. I ordered from homedepot some n they are better..
