I received a badly damaged plant. Customer service promptly sent a replacement.
I placed my order 22 days ago, and no delivery and no communication from seller! I finally called them a few days ago and was told that my tree was on back order. I was told I would receive it within a month. I asked the service representative to please send me an email confirming this. To date, still no communication!
Terrible customer service!
The trees come out of the box as if you just brought it home from the nursery. Once planted they continue to do great.
I ordered and they were shipped and arrived very quickly. They were in very good condition also.

A key factor in a successful experience was the highly quality photographs of the various trees and shrubs. Additionally, there were several sizes to choose from. This enable just to choose the perfect tree.

Cant argue its what you buy. But it wack they have a minimum on reviews demerit a point for that.

The bushes were easy to order, came in good condition and are doing well!
Some plants were nice and alive. One particular one, tiny dsncing alosia (very expensive) came with dry up yellow curled leaves and seems it has mold or bugs in it.

Neither the lemon or orange trees took to the repot I may have not let them adjust to the outside before the repot so it could have been my fault not satisfied at all

My dogwood is the second tree I have gotten from FastGrowingTrees. I purchased a Purple Robe Locust around five years ago. My trees are beautiful! Unfortunately, a couple of days after I planted my dogwood, it was "pruned" by deer! I am keeping a close watch on it, and it looks like it has survived its untimely haircut, and is thriving! Nice to start with a healthy tree, as that increases its chances of survival. I will always get my trees fromFastGrowingTrees!
It was a bit rough in the beginning but FastGrowingTrees worked with me and made my buying experience with them very happy. My tree is now thriving as it came very well packaged. I placed mine in a half wine barrel in front of the house where it gets the most sun for most of the day. Each day, there are new leaves/shoots.
