Ordered 28th of May, got the fertilizer in 5 days. Next email, or notification was 8th of June saying tree on its way in shipping, saying to arrive 15th June. By saterday the 18th i had to call fasrgrowing trees to ask where at. Cause the tracking number when u submit sends you a tex with a web site that always says can't be found. Now waiting on second tree to arrive when ever? If it takes more then 5to7 days in a box with no sun light and water, will die proboley like the last one?

Bought 2 dogwoods a year ago, both died over the winter. Replacement was super easy but they did not look like the originals, more shrub like than single trunk trees. One is quite healthy and appears to be acclimating, one is definitely struggling and frail looking. I'm glad I got the replacement insurance again.

Apple trees are fine but the multi fruit trees leaves have been cupped up since I got it and hasn't grown. Everything else seems fine.not a bad place to get trees and I'd get more from here again. Just sucks paying 200$ for a tree that may die.

I sent a tree to my mother for Mother's Day and I wanted amateur Japanese maple small to medium and it was slightly different from the photo

Representatives were attentive to my issues after a damaged plum tree, The Box wood plants have reached us dried up and was an unexpected disappointment!

I made a mistake when I ordered. The salesperson who responded to my email for help went above and beyond to get my order fixed before it shipped. My lemon and lime trees are doing well and putting out new growth.

I don't think the experience can get much worse than having your plants all arrive DOA. Will never purchase from FastGrowingTrees.com again. Weather was mild and there should not have been any issues.

So far I happy with my purchase. I have only had the trees planted for about 3 weeks now. All appear to be living as it has been very hot since planting. I do have 2 trees that I am babying a bit more than the rest. When I opened the shipping box 1 was very flat and 1 was bent. I have stacked the bent tree in hopes of making it grow up straight but I guess time will tell. Overall I am pleased with my order.

All trees showed up dead or were dying.

My tree looked nothing like all the photos and even pics others posted. When I called they said I could train the tree…really? Whole reason I bought from you was the tree would look as I expected. Wasted $100. Said I wanted ti exchange but they really didn't want to do anything for me.

I was so excited for my tree but it came 3-4 days late and it was dead. I've tried contacting them and they won't respond. It wasn't cheap either and was expecting a better experience

I had ordered several cherry trees. The order shipped fast and tracking was provided. Sadly the boxes were damaged during shipping and the trees had to be replaced. Customer care was right on top of it. A quick call and a few days later, another shipment arrived.
We couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism of the entire staff.
