I would never order from them again. Overpriced and low quality on both orders…make sure and get the warranty

The plant was packed so well that no dirt escaped it was in good strong healthy condition when I got it.

Very pleased. They answered any concerns pleasantly and thoroughly.

Tree arrived quickly and looked great. My problem was I planted it and it seemed like it was not hardened to be outside. Some notice as to introduce it slowly to being in the elements would have been helpful. It's survival at this point is doubtful.

The money tree I bought did not have enough leaves nor was it twisted well enough in the stems.
The other plant I bought was so small, and it died after 5 days of planting it!

We bought a small Korean Lilac tree. It arrived healthy and true to the pictures. We can't wait for it to bloom next spring.

I ordered 2 fruit plants and waited over a week for them to ship, I had to contact them regarding a shipping delay instead of them updating me, the plants weren't shipped because it was "hot outside", too hot for tropical plants, and I was told they would be shipped a month later in July lol because apparently July is less hot than June? And that they were sitting in a warehouse. So they let the plants just sit there wrapped up for over a month and then ship them pretty much when they feel like it. No thank you. Cancelled the order.

I have purchased trees from y'all before and this experience will hopefully go just as smoothly as before

First order was not so good but ordered 2 4 to 5 foot trees very nice both around 5 feet and in good shape customer service very good experience.

Trees came in a box ready to plant. I had hole dug prior to their arrival. Trees are doing well so far. Had to put chicken wire around to keep deer from eating leaves. Overall very pleased.

I ordered the tree because the site stated items shipped in 1-2 days unless otherwise noted. We were experiencing a much cooler Spring with 70 degree temperatures and light rains. Perfect for planting. After 1 week with no shipment started I made contact. I was informed that the heat wave in my area was not good for new plants and shipment would be delayed. I replied that their weather information was not correct. Another week passed and when I inquired again I was informed that my shipment would occur in another 5 days, exactly when our heat wave was forecast to start. I canceled the order.

Initial order was delayed by a few weeks, however when the phenomenal lavender plants arrived (x15) they were super healthy very well packaged and ready for planting.
