Received a replacement tree for a not growing tree and was pleasantly satisfied

FastGrowing Plants exceeds my expectations every time.
Seven forsythia plants arrived two years ago and now they are mammoth!
Three hydrangeas arrived a month ago and are growing very nicely.

I thought the lady on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable.

One of the two plants was shaken during shipment and it struggled after replanting.

The plants were a bit smaller than expected, They stood 10" tall plus the container. I expected them to be between 24"- 36" with container.

When one of the trees I ordered arrived damaged they replaced it promptly. A good experience overall. The new tree is growing well

Everything I ordered arrived in timely fashion and packaged well. Unfortunately one went into shock and I couldn't revive it and customer service was amazing and replaced the one plant. Highly recommend them

I ordered 4 trees, very well packed. Planted them as directed and watered. 2 weeks later 3 of them wilted, leaves turned brown and all are left are branches

I ordered a bloodgood japanese maple. It arrived decently packaged, but the tree itself was in horrible condition. I've been trying to nurse it back to health, but no avail. Its leaves, which arrived about 30% dead from the ends, are worse. It's mind-boggling that a company would send a customer a $139 tree in such bad condition. I will never purchase from this company again.

Easy to order, good prices, but 3 trees were deformed from poor packaging.

The packaging was very good... best I've ever seen.

I already told you that all plants arrived dead. Please stop bothering me with these requests; I will not buy from you again nor will I recommend your company.

First two trees I received were broken in transport. Replacements immediately sent out. One of which was again broken. Another replacement sent. Had them about a month and doing well.

My experience with Fast Growing Trees has exceeded my expectations. The healthy trees are well packaged to protect the plants. Excellent information is provided for proper care to make sure your transplanting successfully. The customer service is excellent and their warranty is honored.
My white Dogwood tree did not survive the blizzard of the century last winter. Fast Growing Trees replaced it even though there was nothing wrong with the original plant. Just Mother Nature getting nasty.

I didn't stop to think about the heat during the delivery process when I ordered my two fig trees until after I received the email telling me my order had shipped. It was super hot and I worried needlessly until they got here. They were in perfect condition even after shipping in the middle of the summer and they shipped quickly.

Wonderfully packaged with absolutely no damage to the tender shoots. Vital, live plants.

I ordered a Japanese maple. They sent a 1/4" diameter twig with all dead leaves.

I was very impressed with customer service. I inquired about trees and shrubs that I was interested in and all my questions were answered. In fact the person that was helping me actually had purchased the shrub! Their employees all seem to be educated or have a background in description and care.
